WE SEEK TO BRIDGE THE SOCIAL CAPITAL DEFICIT Young people from tough reality backgrounds are disadvantaged when they enter the workforce by lack of access to and knowledge of workplace norms, behaviours and expectations – social capital. For others, these are inculcated at an early age from family, social and school connections. We bridge that gap by eliminating the gap and boosting our alumni’s ability to achieve their potential as FUTURE LEADERS.
