ALPFA Most Powerful Latinas (MPL)
ALPFA, the Association of Latino Professionals For America, the largest professional association serving Latino professionals and students highlights the most powerful and influential Latina trailblazers in business, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement while empowering and encouraging the next generation of Latina leaders to reach their full potential.
A key goal of the MPL program is to surface and amplify Latinas in positions of power. With an abundance of talent, our aim is to refresh the list annually by identifying a peer group of new or newly advanced Latinas with national or global influence.
ALPFA’s intention with the development of the list is to offer visibility and access to a powerful Latina network to build community and support one another.

Appendix MPL Hall of Fame (Madrinas)
In order to honor the success and influence of Latinas who are selected to the MPL list for multiple years, ALPFA created the Madrina Program. Madrinas have a history of inspiring and impacting others, and they are eager to support their communities in meaningful ways.
