Has it been easy?
I Started in August 2015 with ZERO intentions to ever make this my career, but I did. I stated not knowing a damn thing. My first goal was to make $50/month! LOL! But to be fair, I had no clue about the potential of this business. It was only with time that I figured that out. the endless possibles that I had. Fast forward to 11 months later. I signed my 1st business partner (after some shitty months in business) and it has only taken off since then. A few highlights have been earning national leadership dinners & retreats, leadership training, national leader board recognition, and #allthethings in terms of fun incentive goodies. Corporate and leaders (cash, designer jewelry, designer shoes/bags, wine, yeti items, hats, tech bundles... basically things that are SO FUN to get, but hard to justify to buy for yourself!
Oh HELL TO THE NO. Not at all. The first year, I just didn't get it. I was thinking SMALL. Then it was as if the 2nd light bulb went off (the first being when I started) - share this business with others! So I did it. I did it scared. I did it nervous. I did it without knowing if anyone would say YES. And low and behold - they did. The biggest successes came from the people I was MOST afraid / nervous to talk to! EVERY business goes through its ups and downs. Think of it like a wave - there are peaks and valleys.... you have to ride out the valley's to experience the peaks! Nothing is permanent. Those that succeed are the ones that KEEP GOING. Every NO gets you closer to that YES. #gofortheNO

challenge I've overcome so far there's been a learning experience from it and it has only made our business stronger! Starting a podcast on your own and as a college student is challenging in itself. One of the first obstacles we've faced as a business was figuring out how to finance our podcast. Some other challenges that came up along the way is figuring out how to balance all of the tasks that it takes just to make one episode,  between social media, promotions, editing, recording, etc. we spend hours weekly really making sure that we are delivering good quality and well thought out episodes that will help others who are listening in. Overall, these challenges and obstacles have also been some of the rewarding things for us as a company as well. So we overcome these obstacles and challenges because we love what we do!

crazy similar yet also unique stories from attending prestigious colleges in NYC our freshman year to then making the move to LA to transfer into a brand new school located at Los Angeles Center Studios. On our journey’s as emerging professionals, we decided to unite on finding what would be our tool in sharing with you all, which is using our voices as a platform and sharing the incredible voices of many mentors and friends of ours that would soon become a part of our LA family. Each episode, we interview a new mentor or friend who are working actors, dancers, choreographers, singers, writers, and entertainment professionals to be of service to you all, by simply telling their unique stories of their journey and having a discussion platform about a topic of choice on their path.

We take all fan messages and questions and answer them on the podcast with a discussion we also do fun social media interactions on instagram as a creative way to answer their questions! As a company, we pride ourselves in being able to help listeners of all ages and in a variety of career paths because many of our topics can apply to life as well as acting! We will continue to use our voices on iTunes and Spotify, as a platform for all emerging artists to be able to tune into!
DO YOU HAVE ANY FUTURE PLANS? We do have a plan to shake things up for season 3 of our podcast which will be released in Summer 2020 and that will be an exciting change as were planning on doing our next season a little differently than we've done in season 1 and 2! We can't announce it quite yet, but we are excited for the changes that are about to emerge! We are also looking forward to a few different podcast conventions coming up, as we are always looking for new ways to expand on and improve our business!

3 ways to make money online 1. Sell Your Own Stuff Online If you're ready to enter the ecommerce fray, you could sell your own stuff. Of course, along with selling your own stuff on your own website comes a whole slew of both responsibilities and technical configuration and requirements. For starters, you'll need a website and a hosting account. You'll also need a merchant account like ones offered by Stripe or PayPal. Sell As An Affiliate There are loads of resources for making money online as an affiliate. You could source products from ClickBank, Commission Junction, Rakuten Marketing, Share-a-Sale, Impact Radius and many others. Plus, many of the larger companies have their own affiliate programs as well. Do your due diligence and find the right company with a relevant product or service to your audience that you can sell as an affiliate.In some cases, you will need an active website with substantial traffic to get approved. Selling as an affiliate isn't easy by any means, but if you do have the audience, it can definitely amount to a substantial amount of income. Like it or not, people out there aren’t searching for your brand, they’re just looking to solve a problem or find a particular type of product (unless you run Starbucks or Nike!) Don’t list all the benefits your product brings. Focus on the solutions. Explain to the customer in simple, straightforward terms how or why your product can help them or assist in the attainment of their goals. Consider Nike's iconic slogan: Just Do It. This was a clear example of addressing excuses and still going after your goals. Run through some market research to profile your target customer. How does your product or service – and your delivery and and price point – solve other people’s problems and make their lives easier or more pleasurable?

I worked in the NHS for 14 years in a senior management role before burnout forced me to quit my job to start my own business. I used this as a springboard to transform my life creating  The Wellbeing Farm. I have won multiple awards and also recently won Implementer of the Year at the National Entrepreneur Awards.The Wellbeing Farm is a multi-award winning wedding and events venue which is known for its quirky and fun approach. It was recently crowned best wedding venue in the North West (Countryside) by The Wedding Industry Awards, but it started life as a neglected hill farm in Bolton and has been transformed over a rollercoaster of a few years to be what it is today. The venue boasts bow tie-wearing llamas, alpacas and donkeys who are ready to join in celebrations! 5 TIPS TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS
ARTICLE BY MEAGAN CROWELL Why do some people seem to succeed in all they do, but others flounder along at the rear? Mostly it's because the successful people have set goals and take steps to successfully achieve them. So how do they always seem to achieve their goals? Here are five strategies they use: 1. Start with a long-term goal, write it down, taking into account when you are going to achieve the goal and why it's important. Try and be as visual as possible, explaining how the achievement of this goal will change your life for the better. Once this longterm goal has been documented, break the goal into tangible steps that need to be taken to achieve the goal. 2. Make certain that you really want the goal. Ask yourself, "Do I really want this goal? Will this goal give me a better life?" Answering these questions will give you more drive to achieve your goal.
3. Speak up. You should not keep your goals to yourself. Sharing your goals can help you get the support you may need from others. Some people are concerned with telling others about their goals because they are worried they will fail. However, telling others means that you are more likely to achieve your goals either with their support or in-spite of them. 4. Write down your goals. This strategy is advisable for those who have a long list of goals. After writing them down, review them regularly. You may also want to keep them handy to keep you motivated. You have to discipline yourself to stick to what you have written. Do not just write them and tuck them away somewhere "safe". Its better to keep them where you will see them, try sticking them to the refrigerator. 5. Stay on track and do not give up. Reviewing your goals will help open your mind to see if you are on the right track. While on track, you may have to face challenges that might change the way you see yourself. Never be discouraged. Encountering obstacles is just a test for how dedicated one is to achieve the goals you've set. It will all boil down to you preparing yourself to face anything and doing everything to get to the goal that you have set for yourself. Only you can make it happen. Nothing can stop you if you have set your mind to it and commit to taking action.
