Welcome to our first alto standing Holland edition, we would like to invite you to know a wonderful area, a landscape filled with history, art, light and possibilities. In this first issue we are presenting a completely new concept in what refers to enjoying: the conjunction of a soft activity like golf with a powerful regional wine production. Durante los siglos XVI y XVII los piratas castigaron las costas de Begur obligando a sus habitantes ha construir torres de defensa. Algunas de ellas se encuentran en buen estado de conservación en la actualidad.

Es importante estar encima de la morosidad, no dejarla crecer y perseguir a aquellos clientes que dejen de pagar una factura o un efecto a su vencimiento y dejarles de servir o de prestar servicio si no reaccionan positivamente al primer requerimiento. Seguir trabajando con un cliente moroso pensando que es la única manera de poder cobrar es, normalmente, un error que se paga caro. En el supuesto que, requerido extrajudicialmente de pago, un cliente moroso no responda satisfactoriamente, es recomendable actuar con contundencia y celeridad, anunciándole acciones judiciales inmediatas. Si el cliente moroso tiene voluntad de pagar, es aconsejable llegar a
un acuerdo de reconocimiento de deuda (en escritura pública) con un pago inmediato y otros aplazados. Si no hubiere más remedio y el intento de solución extrajudicial no diera resultado, se aconseja actuar rápidamente por la vía judicial y de la forma más contundente posible. Si hubiera algún título ejecutivo (cheque, pagaré, letra de cambio, reconocimiento de deuda o garantía en escritura pública, etc.) el procedimiento es más rápido y en pocos meses se puede conseguir ejecutar (embargar) sobre el patrimonio del deudor. Si no existiera título ejecutivo, el procedimiento es más lento y el proceso hasta poder ejecutar puede durar aproximadamente un año; a no ser que se consiga la adopción de medidas cautelares sobre el patrimonio del deudor. Es recomendable estudiar las posibles responsabilidades personales de los administradores de la empresa deudora, así como de sus socios o de empresas del grupo, para poder ampliar las posibilidades de recuperación del crédito en caso de insolvencia de la empresa deudora. No obstante, pese a todos los esfuerzos en la reclamación del crédito, si la deudora presentara concurso, todos los procedimientos judiciales iniciados se suspenderían y el crédito pasaría a ser un crédito concursal, normalmente ordinario si no gozara de alguna preferencia, de dudoso cobro en un alto porcentaje de casos.
