Unity is a universal value of forming a complete and harmonious whole. It
represents a quality of togetherness or oneness. In society, unity is important because when
people from different backgrounds come together, they can understand each others and
promote peace and stability. In architecture education, we architects learn to deals with the
arrangement of building materials and building parts to create a good sense of unity.
