DGAR Avila was born on June 7, 1959 in Baguio City whose parents were the late Arthuro and Consuelo; married to Bernadette and has four children namely John Paul, Charmaine Marie, Anton Luis and Ysabelle Therese. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Saint Louis University, he passed the bar examination on 1984 and amongst the top 20 examinees. He was one of the associates of Cabato Law Office and later established his own, E. Avila Law Office with eight associates. He is running as one of the councilors of Baguio under Timpuyog Ti Umili (UNA). Exemplary public servant. Originally, he wanted to become a priest but when he started boy scouting and became SK Chairman at 17 due to the influence of his father, he continued public service to promote general welfare. “Walang hesitancy kasi service ‘yon for everyone eh
