Bentong Bungalw is a proposal for a family of 5. The bunglow is a luxury- type bungalow which is to be located at Bentong, Pahang. It is a site which is surrounded by nature and sceenery view. The client requested for 4 bedrooms, 2 guestrooms, a living room, a swimming pool and a gym.

Bentong condominium is a luxury- type condominium which is to be built at Bentong, Pahang. The site offer a sceenery view of the nature and the mountains. The proposal of the design circulates around those components to capture the beatiful views while providing luxury services. There are 2 types of unit for the condominium which is type A and type B. Type A consists of 3 bedrooms ,2 bathrooms, a living room with balcony and a kitchen. Type B consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. typical floor plan
