Hi, I’m Luke. And this is my family. Pictured with me is my better half, Megan, and our three kids, Sadie, Silas and Lucy. We live here in Orlando. I was raised here, just like my father; just like my grandfather. This is my home. After completing graduate studies in building construction and working for one of the area’s leading custom home builders for five years, I’m starting my own company. My mission is to enrich lives one home at a time by building and improving those homes with integrity, stewardship, professionalism and collaboration. I’m not your average builder, and I’m not looking to build average homes. If I’ve caught your attention, please keep reading.

Knowledge is power. As an undergraduate student, I attended Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama where I was a double major in Business Management and Spanish. Fundamental business practices were taught in a rigorous academic environment while I was also given the training needed to master Spanish as a second language. For graduate school, Gainesville, Florida was my home. I attended the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker, Sr., School of Building Construction to receive a Master’s in Building Construction. As the nation’s oldest and one of the top rated of its kind, this school provided me with an extensive foundation of all things construction.

This was my first job. Collaboration with designers and subcontractors. A passion for the art of the craft. A commitment to quality that will stand the test of time. During my five years with SOUTHPOINT Homes, I had the privilege of learning these and other priceless lessons as I worked hard to please the most demanding of clients (and employers.) The experience gained as I was mentored by veteran Orlando homebuilders Wyatt Anderson and Steve Cahill was invaluable. As their project manager, I was entrusted with the task of constructing custom residences ranging in size from 4,000 to 12,000 square feet in Isleworth Golf and Country Club. Thoroughly preparing me to run my own construction company, I was responsible for all facets of the construction process from plan review and budget creation to subcontract negotiation, supervision and punch out.

This is my house. Yes, I have experience building multi-million dollar homes, but that’s not all I’ve done. My portfolio also includes several smaller residential projects. While these homes are smaller and less glamorous, my customers’ desire for quality and attention-to-detail are no less. The fundamentals of every new home or renovation project are really quite the same. People want a place to feel comfortable, to be with their family, to host their friends; how exactly that is done is what makes each home unique. My passion and my aspiration is to help build that place for you.

I’d love to stay in touch. Chances are, you didn’t wake up this morning and decide to build a new home or renovate the one you’re in. Clearly, it’s no minor decision. Perhaps it’s already been on your mind or some day it might, so I’ll give you my number. And if you’d like to keep up-to-date on what I’m doing, visit www.lukeschrimsher.com and sign up for my e-mail updates with before and after photos of recent projects. After all, it never hurts to look. Luke Schrimsher | 407.900.4935 | luke@lukeschrimsher.com | www.lukeschrimsher.com
