SEASON is upon us already!
Upon your arrival, would you like essentials such as milk, butter, orange juice, English muffins, bananas, or fresh flowers in your home? Please let me know, and Publix will customize your requests via Shipt.
Please let us know if you want housekeeping services before you arrive. We will clean your residence, lanais, and windows, turn on the icemaker, open the blinds, and turn down the air-conditioning. Please give us a couple of weeks’ notice.
Do you need your car cleaned, detailed, or started? Call Parrot Head Detailing at 239.597.8187. Transportation services are available; contact Ron Duncan at 239.404.4111. Unloading cars after return? Please call the front desk for service at 239.593.2300.
To have your prescriptions and medical supplies delivered to your door, call Gulfshore Apothecary at 239.262.2222.
Champion Cleaners picks up and delivers dry cleaning on Tuesdays and Fridays. To take advantage of this service, please contact us for bags, hangers, and tags. Place your dry cleaning out on Monday and Thursday nights before 9:00 PM for pickup.
The holiday lottery drawing for guest suites is Tuesday, September 24, at 2:00 PM in the Grand Salon. Please fill out the form and return it ASAP. A record number of ballots were sent out this year, so we anticipate a busy rental season.
Flooring and elevator enhancement projects will start on September 26 and run through October 7.

Maintenance Update
Things are moving quickly with Crowther Roofing. The Tower Project is getting even closer to completion with the start of the lock hardware and hinge replacement. We started at the North Tower penthouse and will be working our way down, then onto the South Tower. I have been meeting and working with Summit Fire & Security on the Collier County Review Board requests for plan revisions. I am also working with Eda and Chef Victor on liquor license drawings from the architect. We are busy bees here at The Marbella. Your Maintenance Team is working full steam ahead!
