Ana Deranged
I grew up in Xanthi and had my degree at Biology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at 2000. For some years, up to 2008, I trained in various laboratories in Athens and in Heidelberg- Germany as a research assistant in various scientific projects, mainly concerning cell signalling and cell biology. I participated in quite a lot of conference announcements and scientific papers on these projects, and I am glad to have had such a professional experience! Since 2008, I am a Biology teacher in the Greek Ministry of Education and for the last 5 years I have been working in secondary schools at my home-town. I enjoy teaching very much and I am fond of making small off-the-record projects with my students, translating articles and videos in English and taking part in contests. For the year 2015-2016 we are participating with a group of 10-12 students at the European Student Parliament- Debate Science project and hope to enjoy it!
