Draw Cartoon Characters Like a Pro

Anaheim Family YMCA Ballet Advanced

Learn how to draw cartoon characters like a professional! A very helpful class for aspiring artists and animators. No prior experience necessary. A $10 material fee is payable to the instructor on the first day of class. Instructor: Pushpa Sahu.

Anaheim's public showcase of local artists Center Gallery The Center Gallery is a hidden gem within the Downtown Anaheim Art District. This art gem is located within the beautiful Downtown Anaheim Community Center at 250 E. Center Street. The Gallery highlights the talents of selected visual artists and features mixed media and community-friendly works of art throughout the year. The Gallery is operated by the Community Services Department’s Cultural Arts team and collaborates with the Anaheim Cultural & Heritage Commission in the selection process for potential artists to display their visual arts. Viewing is free to the public and is open year-round. Current Show Art exhibit Morpho Miracle by Artist Jennifer Garibay runs from November 7, 2023 through January 2, 2024. This popular event would not be possible without our dedicated and generous donors. As the 4th of July was approaching, DISNEYLAND RESORT made a generous donation of $25,000 to sponsor and assist with the festivities for the celebration of our great nation.

$1,670 was donated by FRIENDS OF THE ANAHEIM PUBLIC LIBRARY towards Royal Celebration, Central Library, and Hispanic Heritage month programming. GLORIA MA’AE provided $1,000 to the Project S.A.Y. teen program and the S.T.A.R.S. afterschool enrichment program, which provide activities for school aged youth in a safe and supportive environment ANAHEIM PUBLIC LIBRARY FOUNDATION provided $1,195 towards OC Zine Fest and Heritage Services Founder’s Park.
