A MESSAGE FROM THE OFFICERS EDITOR'S LETTER BEN BUNYATIPANON
Jingle Jingle Key Clubbers! I am currently typing this at 2 AM in a small town in Texas, although we are so far away I can still feel our shared mutual love for Key Club thousands of miles away hehe. As December comes to an end and we move towards a new year
PRESIDENT'S ADDRESS KRISTIN HONG
Happy Holidays, Key Clubbers! I hope that you all are enjoying your break so far and getting your wellneeded rest! I was glad to see so many of you at our bonding on the 14th, which was definitely one of my personal highlights
I would like for all of us to come together and reflect on what we've done together this year. Personally, I remember the rocky start my board started off with and how now we're all so close, I couldn't have imagined it at all at the beginning of this term. We've come so far from weird shady passive aggressive people to all speaking our mind to each other. What was your Key Club development this year? Maybe this was your first time joining a club, and it was a big step for you!
Maybe it's your last year in Key Club and you're shocked by how fast your last DCON is approaching. No matter where you are on the Key Clubber spectrum we've all grown not only as Key Clubbers this year but as stronger and better individuals. Thank you for an amazing year of service, filled with laughs, tears, and everything in between. Thank you for taking my rocky start to 2018 and ending it beautifully.
of this year (despite Ben’s… wardrobe malfunction). After break will be grind time prime time for the board, as we are gearing up for two important events: elections and DCON! PLEASE PLEASE come to our election on Monday, January 7th to vote for our next board! I would love to see the majority of our club represented in the election results! The 2019-20 board will be installed at DCON 2019, which, if you forgot, is March 8-10th!
Many consider this to be the “gateway” event into Key Club, as the entire weekend is filled with all sorts of eye-opening (and loud) moments - just ask any past attendee! Please look at the latest email update for important forms and paperwork. Love y’all!! And T-11 weeks until I retire as president :—(.
In love and service, Ben Bunyatipanon

Jayla is also a member of the the Service Projects Comittee and is crucial in the success of the comittee.
Thanks for being an amazing Dragon of the month Jayla!

Bryan Duong's Key Club Story By Monica Yu I joined key club because it was a club that was recommended to me right when I was entering my freshman year. I heard about how much of a difference you could make especially with the volunteer opportunities and service projects. I also joined in order to get more involved with school clubs and activities, which key club definitely provides with the DCMs, committees, and volunteer events. I learned that helping and serving our community is definitely a benefit to anyone and you’d always have a good feeling after doing so. I also learned that there are many ways to make new friends in key club whenever it comes to volunteering, going to a dcm, or dcon!! Dcon is one of the biggest things I am excited for in key club because it is a weekend where you get to celebrate a year of service with many key clubbers throughout the PNW and connect with them. I am also excited for the service projects such as the car wash because they are events that support our club by a lot!
