Description of the Workshops

Switching to Eco-logical Thinking: The project was based on sharing the best ecological practices of each country and creating products together (e.g. a magazine, a song, an ecological constitution).

Climate Change: Surrealist ZOO: As part of the eTwinning Plus project " sÜRreÂLíST" the participants dealt with the theme of Climate Change from a Surrealist perspective. Students, in 5 mixed multinational groups, created together a Surrealist Zoo with new animals that are adapted to Climate Change.

Cultivate your future: 1."Mr bean Mrs Lentil and their tiny peas celebrate the IYP2016", 2.BEES(Y), 3. "A tree for Europe": Planting with a purpose and activities for sustainable living in 3 eTwinning projects 1."Mr bean Mrs Lentil and their tiny peas celebrating the IYP2016", 2.BEES(Y), 3. "A tree for Europe"

I'm in LOVE with the green Earth: Presentation of the eTwinning project: " I'm in LOVE with the green Earth”. The eTwinning project is about environment and SDG especially climate changes. It involves schools from Italy, Tunisia, Croatia and Romania. This project received one of the eTwinning European Prizes 2020 (age category 12-15).

Eco Spelling Book: Presentation of the eco spelling book that pupils created as a result of participating in two-year project in Primary school Zlatar Bistrica which is international eco school and eTwinning school. Eco spelling book is made by pupils of 3rd grade. They were investigating about nature, climate, ecology and environment and wrote ecological saying for each letter of Croatian alphabet. Also, they painted the whole eco spelling book and worked in teams. It is cross curricular project because it was integrated in all subjects. Eco Spelling Book is also a part of Erasmus+ projects we implement in our school this school year.

Let's make an eTwinning forest: Call to all members of the eTwinning community to choose an eTwinning tree at their schools to create an eTwinning forest. All together taking a stand against climate change.

Meeting Cultural Heritage and Climate Change: "SAMANI": The project aims at this year's eTwinning theme on Climate Change, and to encourage students to find ways and solutions and address environmental issues. Also, in parallel the partners grow Samani (green sprouting wheat - the most sacred Novruz ceremony as the herald of spring) connecting 2 topics together Cultural Heritage and Climate Change.

Save Europe, Save the Earth: The project aims at making students aware of the problems the Earth is facing and providing solutions.

ESBF "Earth should not be a frying pan": Starting from Greta's movement, students acquire knowledge and awareness about climate change and its effects. They spread the voice about the problem thanks to the creation of TV shows. They take collaborative initiatives in order to save the planet.

We Mind The Nature: Currently we are running an Etwinning Project under the name of "We Mind The nature" with 30 partners from 6 different countries. Our Project is about nature and natural disasters. The Project was formed by Turkish and Romanian partners in October 2019. With this Project we are trying to draw attention to love of nature and natural disasters such as air pollution, water pollution, earthquake, flood, fire, landslide, storm caused by global warming. We are trying to tell the negative consequences of these disasters such as droughted animal extinction by doing stem activities. We are using web2 tools, by doing so we are integrating technology into education.

EkoKids: This project will gather European schools interested in joining efforts to support the Global Goals for Sustainable Development.

Reuse school objects, create new toys: Presentation about a new way to use and reuse our school objects.

"S.W.A.T" Science Will Advance Through us- Etwinning project: Presentation of the 2 years eTwinning project that we are running about climate changes based on Polar science proves of the International project Andrill about the Antartic and climate changes studies.

The sustainable city of the future: Presentation about the project presented for the National Geographic educator certification obtained last December: it is inspired by a teamwork realized during a summer camp on climate change at the University of Helsinki. Students studied the models of smart cities around the world and the sustainable good practices creating an ideal future city model.

Be eco-friendly, eTwinner!: Presentation of project activities and summarise of project.

"Go Green": a 2 in 1 eTwinning eco-project: Presentation of the project, focusing on some innovative practices in teaching sustainability, such as participating in YRE competition (Young Reporters for the Environment) and the 5 clue challenge.

We are creating STEAM embassies in the European school network: eTwinning & Erasmus plus project. An important part of our project is addressed to Climate Challenges, students try to solve problems in their school, town or even global problems during project activities.

The world we w@nt: The project “The World we W@nt“ deals with the issues connected with the global goals for sustainable development that the UN have identified as priorities for all people and our planet, in order to help build a better world for all. Goal no13 is about the Climate action, goal no 14 Life below water, goal 15 Life on land. The students from the project take action and try to take collaborative actions for a better life.

Pollution: a Never-ending story: Students are considering the problems caused by the climate change and they are trying to give solutions starting from what they can do in their everyday life. they are writing a story and making a comic book.

Working to Change Earth Tears into Life: eTwinning Project. Recycling and reusing old things are the main idea of the project. The activities are to reduce pollution in the cities, the partners live in.
