Extensive marketing is essential to the successful sale of any product or service and Rosemary offers a comprehensive marketing program. When people speculate why Rosemary’s listings seem to sell faster and for more money, it is Rosemary’s firm belief that in order to be successful, agents need to be willing to spend their money to effectively market the homes their clients have entrusted them to represent. Ventura County Sheriff, Geoff Dean and his wife Marlene, who Rosemary represented in the sale of their home and the purchase of their new home stated; “Rosemary is the best! She helped us buy the home of our dreams as well as sell our former home. Every step of the way she supported us and had our backs. She is very professional and has the wants & needs of her clients as her number one concern. Her experience shows every step of the way. Even after our move she still checks on us to see how the new house is working out. We couldn't ask for a better real estate experience.” This lifelong commitment and dedication to her clients is simply part of a day's work. Rosemary, whose solid track record of success is a clear indicator of her market savvy, uses her wealth of experience to ensure the financial success of her clients. This focus and expertise has led Rosemary’s determination to get her clients the highest possible return on their greatest investment. This centralized focus has made her second to none. In 2013, Rosemary achieved the remarkable feat of closing over 63 million dollars in residential real estate.
