Σε μια πόλη όπου οι άνθρωποι γίνονται όλο και πιο αποξενωμένοι και κακοποιητικοί, εξαφανίζονται όλα τα έργα τέχνης από τα μουσεία και τις γκαλερί. Τα social media κατακλύζονται από μια καταιγίδα δημοσιεύσεων με το hashtag #artismissing, ενώ ο υπουργός Πολιτισμού ανακοινώνει πως πρόκειται για μια «σαφώς οργανωμένη Ληστεία Έργων Τέχνης». Ενώ τα Μέσα Ενημέρωσης και η αστυνομία προσπαθούν να λύσουν το μυστήριο, ένα κοινωνικό και σουρεαλιστικό σκηνικό εκτυλίσσεται σε ένα roof garden. Μια ασυνήθιστη συγκέντρωση που θα αλλάξει την οπτική των ανθρώπων. In a city where people are becoming more and more detached and abusive, all the artworks disappear from the museums and galleries. The social network is overwhelmed by a storm of images with the hashtag #artismissing while the Minister of Culture announces a “definite organized Art Heist”. While the media and police are trying to resolve the mystery, a social and surreal setting takes place on a roof garden. In a moment of crisis for everyone, this unusual gathering will change people’s perspective.
Ο Γιώργος (Τζώρτζης ) Kόντος είναι σκηνοθέτης και καλλιτέχνης με έδρα την Αθήνα. Στα έργα του προσεγγίζει τις πτυχές του σουρεαλιστικού και του παράλογου με σατιρικό τρόπο. Οι ταινίες του έχουν επιλεγεί από φεστιβάλ όπως το Animaze, το Animasyros, το Banjaluka, το Los Angeles Greek Film Festival, το Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Ντοκιμαντέρ Θεσσαλονίκης και το Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Κινηματογράφου της Αθήνας. Η τελευταία του ταινία μικρού μήκους, Sevarambes, έχει λάβει το βραβείο IRIS καλύτερης ταινίας ανιμέισον το 2021 από την Ελληνική Ακαδημία Κινηματογράφου και το βραβείο «Σταύρος Στασινός» το 2020. Μέσα από την καλλιτεχνική του δραστηριότητα έχει δημιουργήσει έργα για ατομικές και ομαδικές εκθέσεις (Νέα Υόρκη, Μαϊάμι, Λονδίνο, Λος Άντζελες, Τορίνο). Είναι κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού διπλώματος από το California Institute of the Arts και σπούδασε Αρχιτεκτονική στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης. George Kontos is a film director and artist based in Athens Greece. In his works he pursues the aspects of the surreal and the absurd in a satirical manner. His films have been selected by animation and film festivals such as Animaze, Animasyros, Banjaluka, Los Angeles Greek Film Festival, International Documentary Festival of Thessaloniki and International Athens Film Festival. His latest animation short, Sevarambes, has received the IRIS Award for best Animation in 2021 from the Hellenic Film Academy and the Stavros Stasinos award for the best animation film in 2020 in Greece. Through his art practice he has produced work for solo and group exhibitions (New York, Miami, London, Los Angeles, Turin). He has an MFA from the California Institute of the Arts and he studied Architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.

GOOD FRIDAY
ΜΕΓΑΛΗ ΠΑΡΑΣΚΕΥΗ
Απρίλιος 1944, Κατοχή, Μεγάλη Εβδομάδα στην ελληνική ύπαιθρο. Όχι μακριά από το σπίτι της, η επτάχρονη Αναστασία μαζεύει λουλούδια για να στολίσει τον Επιτάφιο του Χριστού τη Μεγάλη Παρασκευή. Κοντά στα χωράφια με τα λουλούδια βρίσκεται η φυλακή της πόλης. Καθώς μια νέα ομάδα κρατουμένων φτάνει στην πύλη, ένας από τους αιχμαλώτους, ένας γενναίος αλλά σιωπηλός πολεμιστής της Αντίστασης, χαμογελάει στην Αναστασία λίγο πριν οι φρουροί τον στείλουν στο κελί του. Η Αναστασία αποφασίζει να βρει έναν τρόπο να προσφέρει στον κρατούμενο το πιο όμορφο λουλούδι από την προσεκτικά επιλεγμένη ανθοδέσμη της. April 1944, Axis Occupation, Holy Week in Greek countryside. Not far away from her home, seven-year-old Anastasia picks flowers to decorate the Epitaph of Christ on Good Friday. Close to the flower fields lies the town prison. While a new bunch of prisoners arrives at the prison gate, one of the captives, a brave but silent Resistance warrior, smiles at Anastasia right before the guards send him to his cell. Anastasia decides to find a way to offer the prisoner the most beautiful flower of her carefully selected bouquet.
Η Λουκία Τζωρτζοπούλου (Lussaki) αποφοίτησε από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών (τμήμα Αγγλικής Γλώσσας και Φιλολογίας). Σχεδιάζει κόμικς (από το 2013) και κινηματογραφικές αφίσες και εργάζεται ως σεναριογράφος στον κινηματογράφο και την τηλεόραση. Υπογράφει ταινίες μικρού μήκους με live action και animation. Η ταινία της stop motion Dens Sapientiae συμμετείχε στο Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Κινουμένων Σχεδίων Animasyros (Μαθητικό Πανόραμα) το 2013.Διοργανώνει επίσης εργαστήρια ανιμέισον για ενήλικες και παιδιά σε συνεργασία με δημόσια σχολεία και πολιτιστικούς συλλόγους σε διάφορες πόλεις της Ελλάδας. Ζει και εργάζεται στην Αθήνα. LoukiaTzortzopoulou (Lussaki) graduated from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (English Language and Literature department). She is an active comics creator since 2013 and works as a storyboard artist in film and television as well as a film poster creator. She has created live action and animated short films in digital and analogue forms. Her stop motion claymation film “Dens Sapientiae” participated in Animasyros International Animation Festival (Student Panorama) in 2013. She also organizes animation workshops for adults and kids in collaboration with public schools and cultural clubs in various cities in Greece. She lives and works in Athens.
Sander Joon
σκηνοθέτησ director EE / EU Ο Sander Joon είναι ένας σκηνοθέτης ανιμέισον από την Εσθονία. Εχει σκηνοθετήσει τα Velodrool (2015), Moulinet (2017) και Sounds Good (2018), τα οποία ταξίδεψαν σε φεστιβάλ όπως το Annecy, DOK Leipzig, Ottawa, Go Short, Stuttgart, Fredrikstad, Kaboom, Supertoon, Animateka και GLAS. Εκτός από ταινίες, έχει κάνει το ανιμέισον σε μουσικό βίντεο για τον Tommy Cash, έχει συμμετάσχει σε ένα δημοφιλές διαφημιστικό σποτ για το Rick and Morty και έχει εργαστεί ως VJ σε πολυάριθμες εκδηλώσεις. Εργάστηκε επίσης ως 2D artist για την πολυβραβευμένη ταινία The Old Man Movie (2019) και διδάσκει παραδοσιακό animation στην Εσθονική Ακαδημία Τεχνών. Μόλις ολοκλήρωσε την ταινία Sierra (2022), η οποία ταξιδεύει τώρα σε διεθνή φεστιβάλ. Sander Joon is an animation director from Estonia who has previously directed Velodrool (2015), Moulinet (2017), and Sounds Good (2018), which traveled to festivals such as Annecy, DOK Leipzig, Ottawa, Go Short, Stuttgart, Fredrikstad, Kaboom, Supertoon, Animateka, and GLAS. Besides films, he has animated a music video for Tommy Cash, participated in a popular commercial for Rick and Morty, and has been a VJ to numerous events. Sander also worked as a 2D artist for the multi-awarded film The Old Man Movie (2019) and is teaching traditional animation at the Estonian Academy of Arts. He has just finished his short Sierra (2022) which is now traveling around film festivals around the world.
OFFSIDE
Όταν μια μπάλα ποδοσφαίρου σπάει στο παράθυρο της κουζίνας του, ένας άνδρας μεταμορφώνεται σε διαιτητή. Η σύγκρουση με την ομάδα ποδοσφαίρου των σκύλων διαδραματίζεται σε ένα φανταστικό γήπεδο ανάμεσα στις πολυκατοικίες. Ο άνδρας από τη μία θέλει να ελέγχει το ντέρμπι, αλλά από την άλλη συνειδητοποιεί πως θέλει κι ο ίδιος να παίξει μπάλα. Τελικά δεν θα καταφέρει να παίξει. Παρόλα αυτά, βρίσκει μια μάλλον παράξενη σύνδεση με το αντίθετο. Το Offside είναι ένα τάνγκο ανάμεσα στην επιβολή ελέγχου και τη συντροφικότητα. As a football crashes into his kitchen window, a man transforms into a football referee. The conflict takes place on an imaginary football field between apartment buildings. The man wants to control the dogs’ football match but throughout the game, he realizes that he wants to play the ball as well. In the end, the referee will not manage to play. Still, he finds a rather strange connection to the opposite. Offside is a tango between control and companionship.
Aurelia Aasa
παραγωγοσ producer EE / EU Η Aurelia Aasa έχει πολυετή εμπειρία στην επικοινωνία και τη κινηματογραφική δημοσιογραφία. Πριν ιδρύσει την AAA Creative, εργάστηκε στο Ινστιτούτο Κινηματογράφου της Εσθονίας ως συντονίστρια διεθνούς διανομής. Με την AAA, εστιάζει σε έργα που είναι τολμηρά, φρέσκα και επενδυμένα με σκοτεινό χιούμορ. Αυτή τη στιγμή ταξιδεύει στον κόσμο με το βραβευμένο με Όσκαρ animation μικρού μήκους SIERRA (2022), το οποίο αφηγείται την ιστορία ενός αγοριού που γίνεται λάστιχο αυτοκινήτου. Τα νέα της έργα περιλαμβάνουν την virtual γατίσια ταξιδιάρικη περιπέτεια MIISUFY (2023) και το OFFSIDE (2024), το οποίο δίνει μια σουρεαλιστική νότα στην έννοια του ποδοσφαίρου. Aurelia Aasa has years of experience in communication and film journalism. Before founding AAA Creative, she worked at the Estonian Film Institute as the international distribution coordinator. With AAA, she focuses on projects that are bold, fresh and lined with dark humour. Currently, she is travelling the world with Oscar-qualifying short animation SIERRA (2022) which tells a story of a boy who becomes a car tire. Her new projects include a trippy virtual cat adventure MIISUFY (2023) and OFFSIDE (2024), which puts a surreal spin on the football scene.
SEASONS OF A DAY
Μια ποιητική ταινία. Μια ατέλειωτη σειρά από στιγμές - από κοντά και σε αρμονία. Εμπνευσμένη από το είδος της ιαπωνικής ποίησης Renga, το Seasons of a Day είναι ένα οπτικό ποίημα συλλογικά γραμμένο από αλληλένδετους στίχους ΧαΪκου. A poetic film. A laundry line of moments–Close up and in tune. Inspired by the Japanese poetry genre of Renga, Seasons of a Day is a collaboratively written visual poem made of interlinked haiku verses.

Ο Vincent Tsui είναι Γάλλος σκηνοθέτης κινουμένων σχεδίων, που ζει στην Αθήνα. Σπούδασε γραφιστική στο ENSAAMA και animation στο Gobelins, l’école de l’image, στο Παρίσι. Είναι συνιδρυτής και μέλος της ανιμέισον κολεκτίβας Souviens Ten-Zan. Οι ταινίες του «Made in China» και «Opal Waltz» προβλήθηκαν σε φεστιβάλ όπως το VIS Vienna Shorts, το Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Κινουμένων Σχεδίων της Στουτγάρδης, το European First Film Festival (Γαλλία) και το Pictoplasma (Γερμανία). Το «Made in China» έλαβε τα βραβεία καλύτερης φοιτητικής ταινίας από το National Festival of Animated Films (France) και το GLAS Animation Festival (USA). Ο Vincent ψηφίστηκε ως το καλύτερο νέο ταλέντο στα Motionographer’s Motion Awards το 2017.Αυτή τη στιγμή εργάζεται ως σκηνοθέτης στη νέα αναμενόμενη σειρά του HBO Max, Scavengers Reign. Vincent Tsui is a French animation filmmaker, currently living in Athens. He studied graphic design in ENSAAMA and animation in Gobelins, l’école de l’image, in Paris. He is one of the co-founders and member of the animation collective Souviens Ten-Zan. His films Made in China and Opal Waltz screened in notable festivals such as VIS Vienna Shorts, Stuttgart International Festival of Animated Film, European First Film Festival (France) and Pictoplasma (Germany). Made in China received Best Student Film awards from the National Festival of Animated Films (France) and the GLAS Animation Festival (USA). Vincent was voted Best New Talent in Motionographer’s Motion Awards in 2017.He is currently working as a Director on the new awaited HBO Max series, Scavengers Reign. Η Mavra Peponi είναι Ελληνοαμερικανίδα σκηνοθέτης live-action ταινιών, που ζει στην Αθήνα. Είναι πτυχιούχος κινηματογράφου και βίντεο από το Georgia State University και κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών στη σκηνοθεσία κινηματογράφου από το CalArts. Έχει 10 χρόνια εμπειρίας στην παραγωγή, στις ΗΠΑ και στην Ελλάδα. Την περίοδο 2017 - 2021 ήταν καθηγήτρια σκηνοθεσίας κινηματογράφου στο CalArts- συνεργάστηκε με την Francesca Penzani για τη δημιουργία του CineDance, ενός συνεργατικού μαθήματος για χορευτές και σκηνοθέτες. Το 2020 επέστρεψε στην Ελλάδα και δίδαξε τμήματα ντοκιμαντέρ και σεναρίου στο Αμερικανικό Κολλέγιο Ελλάδος. Το 2021-2022 εργάστηκε ως Creative Director και παραγωγός βίντεο digital marketing. Mavra Peponi is a Greek-American live-action filmmaker, currently living in Athens. She holds a BA in Film & Video from Georgia State University and an MFA in Film Directing from CalArts. She has 10 years of experience working in production, in the US and Greece. In 2017 - 2021 she was a film directing instructor at CalArts; she partnered with Francesca Penzani to create CineDance, a collaborative course for dancers and filmmakers. In 2020 she returned to Greece and taught documentary and screenwriting courses at the American College of Greece. In 2021-2022 she worked as a Creative Director and Producer for digital marketing videos.
THREE COMMA FOURTEEN
Ένα εσωτερικό ταξίδι στην ψυχοσύνθεσητων παιδιών που έχουν διαγνωστεί με ΔΕΠΥ (διαταραχή ελλειμματικής προσοχής και η υπερκινητικότητα) και πρέπει να παλέψουν με το τι προσδοκούν οι άλλοι από αυτά αλλά και με το δικό τους όραμα για τον κόσμο. Μια αλληγορία για την κοινωνία που προσπαθεί να τυποποιήσει το μυαλό και τη συμπεριφορά αυτών των παιδιών για να μπορέσει να τα αντιμετωπίσει, χωρίς όμως να τα ενσωματώνει πραγματικά. An inner journey on the condition of children diagnosed with ADHD that must struggle with what’s expected of them and their own vision of the world. An allegory where society seeks to normalize the mind and behaviour of these children to better deal with them, without truly integrating them.

Από το 2014 η Patrícia Rodrigues ασχολείται με το stop-motion animation, ως animator, σκηνοθέτης, σκηνογράφος, σκηνογράφος σκηνικών και μαριονετών. Αποφοίτησε από το τμήμα Επικοινωνιακού Σχεδιασμού στο ESART-IPCB (Πορτογαλία) και έκανε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στην εικονογράφηση και το ανιμέισον στο ESD-IPCA.Πρόσφατα συνεργάστηκε με το Animais Studio στα έργα: «Roupa Velha» της Alice Guimarães και «Pink Jacket» της Monica Santos. Αυτόν τον καιρό ξεκινά την παραγωγή ως σκηνοθέτης της ταινίας μικρού μήκους «Three Comma Fourteen», ενώ παράλληλα εργάζεται ως εκπαιδεύτρια παιδιών, νέων και ενηλίκων στο ανιμέισον σχέδια. Since 2014, Patrícia Rodrigues has been working in animation stop-motion, as animator, filmmaker, in sets/props and puppets. Graduated in Communication Design at ESART-IPCB (PT), and mastered in Illustration and Animation at ESD-IPCA (PT). Recently, she collaborated with Animais Studio in the projects: “RoupaVelha” by Alice Guimarães, and “Pink Jacket” by Monica Santos. Currently, Patrícia has started production on her short-film in “Three Comma Fourteen”. She works also as educator of children, young people and adults in animation. Η Joana Nogueira είναι εικαστικός που ασχολείται με την κεραμική, την εικονογράφηση, το stop-motion animation και τη θεατρική σκηνογραφία. Αποφοίτησε από τις Καλές Τέχνες στο ESAD.CR (Πορτογαλία) και έκανε μεταπτυχιακό στην εικονογράφηση και το animation στο IPCA. Τον περισσότερο καιρό εργάζεται ως ελεύθερη επαγγελματίας ως καλλιτέχνης και εκπαιδευτικός. Πρόσφατα ήταν συντονίστρια εργαστηρίων, κατασκευάστρια σκηνικών και stop-motion animator σε έργα της Animais Avlp - «Roupa Velha» της Alice Eça Guimarães και «Pink Jacket» της Monica Santos. Joana Nogueira is a visual artist who works with ceramics, illustration, stop-motion animation and theatre scenography. She graduated in Fine Arts from ESAD.CR (Portugal) and mastered in Illustration and Animation in IPCA (Portugal). Most of the time she is freelancer as artist and educator. Recently she was workshop coordinator, props and sets maker and stop-motion animator in the projects of Animals Avlp - “RoupaVelha” directed by Alice EçaGuimarães and “Pink Jacket” directed by Monica Santos.
