I received a job offer out-of-state and needed to sell my house fast. It was in good condition but needed cleaning and paint. What to do?? I hired Justine and Gina from Harbor Bay Real Estate and got circa 100K over asking price. I moved to Florida they took care of everything - cleaning, paint, inspections and repairs (like earthquake retrofitting of the gas line and a 1000 other little things found by inspectors).
