Sainte Chapelle by Parker kimberly  Sainte Chapelle was built in the thirteenth century AD by King Louis IX and was visited until 1862 when France said it was too important as a historical monument.  King Louis had it built on ile de la cite to store his passion relics.  Some of the reasons it is so important today is its gothic architecture, which an expensive, and pretty style. Also it is one of the last surviving buildings of the Capetian Royal Palace on ile de la cite.  Some of his passion relics included the crown of thorns, image of Edessa, and thirty other important religious artifacts. This is a ground view facing up to the massive, extravagant roof of Sainte Chapelle.

Moulin Rouge The Moulin Rouge was built in 1889. Joseph Oller built this crazy place. It is located at 82 Boulevard de Clichy, Paris. The Moulin Rouge was built because they wanted a temple with music and dance. This was a place where many bad things could happen.

The Moulin Rouge was burnt down, and was a very devastating thing that happened. They had to re-build the whole building with time and effort. Once it was built for the second time it was even better and people still had the most fun time at night, dancing and singing.
