MODULAR COLD ROOMS

HOW TO GAIN TIME AND, THEREFORE, EARN MONEY

BY ITS SIMPLIFIED METHOD OF ASSEMBLY AND DISMANTLEMENT When the union of the vertical panels with the ceiling panels is in the horizontal sense, the cold room can only be assembled closing the loops. Besides, in the event of having to dismantle them, it becomes impossible to lift the ceiling without unfastening beforehand the vertical panels. In the KIDE MODULAR COLD ROOMS the union goes in the vertical sense enabling one to assemble the vertical panels before assembling the ceiling, requiring fewer workmen than in the loop assembly system. Besides, with this system it is possible to dismantle any part of the ceiling without the need to unfasten the vertical panels.

BY ITS QUICK AND SECURE SYSTEM OF JOINING The systems which some companies offer as instantaneous, are systems which require time in the final adjustment process, the reby not being as quick as they appear at first sight. The fastening system which KIDE has developed, besides being quick and simple, guarantees perfect adjustment between the different panels both between the vertical ones as well as with the vertical and the ceiling panels. As a result the degree of insulation which the cold room offers once assembled is complete, complying with its function with the best results. Besides, in case there is a need to dismantle the panels, the KIDE joining system is as simple to loosen it as to adjust it.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THE NEW MODULE SYSTEM OF THE COLD ROOMS WHEN PLACING AN ORDER. The design of the MODULAR COLD ROOMS, by incorporating the vertical pieces, has forced us to change the module system, going from 300 mm to 190 mm. This module system, besides making it easy to assemble the panels having been unified the design with the panels, allows us to improve on the dispatch system of the orders, as it is possible now to transport all the panels in a horizontal plane. In the same way, with this new module system, we have managed to increase the number of standardised dimensions of the cold room.

HE KIDE MODULAR COLD ROOM. DESIGN AT THE SERVICE OF THE INSTALLER When installing a cold room, it is fundamental to make the assembly of the panels simple and easy, while guaranteeing insulation to its maximum level. Conscious of it, in Kide we have been making an important effort with a view to developing a design which will make the assembly process considerably easy, saving time and, therefore, money. Now our efforts in research have given an important result: THE KIDE MODULAR COLD ROOM, which not only facilitates assembly and disassembly of the cold room very much and guarantees total insulation, if not it also gives an estethic sense by hiding the joints of the union altogether.

OW IS IT POSSIBLE TO GAIN UP TO 20% OF THE TIME IN THE ASSEMBLY OF THE PANEL? WITH THE NEW CEILING-WALL SUPPORT Kide has developed an exclusive system for joining 2 vertical panels with those of the ceiling which give important advantages: 1. Ease of assembly and dismantlement: The system of the union of the joints between the panels goes in the vertical sense, allowing the ceiling to be assembled after assemblying the vertical panels and to be dismantled without the need to unfasten the joints. 2. A perfect esthetic sense thanks to the invisible joints: The vertical panel goes from the floor upto the ceiling in one piece. Its union with the ceiling panel is made through a single joint which, thanks to our exclusive system of joints becomes invisible, thereby giving it a perfect esthetic look. 3. Great ceiling stability: The surface of the support of the horizontal panel over the vertical is 55 mm, giving the ceiling total stability. 4. Total Insulation: All the joints, instead of being plane, are in male-female format, with which a perfect adjustment between the different panels is guaranteed, thus obtaining complete insulation.

BY JOINING THE VERTICAL PANELS

INT+2E

Another advantage of the assembly of the KIDE MODULAR COLD ROOM is the incorporation of vertical corner pieces. Thanks to these panels which are situated in each of the corners of the cold room, all the vertical panels are equal as far as their design is concerned, resulting in a much more simple and flexible INT+2E EXT assembly system. 1110 Besides, the positioning of the door is more INT flexible than in the cold rooms with different types of panels, making it possible to place it where one wishes. And unlike other companies, the KIDE corner pieces are made of the same PANEL WIDTH material as the panels and with the same system of joining, making this too equally easy. Further CORNER the exterior part of the cold room remains E = PANEL THICKNESS totally homogeneous.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS TYPE OF JOINT: Joint in male-female format made from polyurethane with inserted boxes, which carry out the assembly of the panels through an excentric hook(stainless steel AISI 430), which is made to turn with a square key and hooks onto a metalic axle. The above-mentioned hooks guarantee the joint and the insulation with a tensile strength of more than 200 Kg. VERTICAL PANELS: MODULE: 190 mm. THICKNESS: 60, 75, 100, 120, 150 mm. WIDTH: 380, 570, 950 and 1.140 mm. The maximum inner height of COLD ROOM is 3.700 mm. LENGTH: Maximum length is 4.000 mm. FLOOR AND CEILING PANELS They have the same characteristics as the vertical panels. The interior face of the floor panel in the STANDARD version is a galvanized steel sheet of 0,8 mm thickness and plastified with a PVC film of 200m thickness and of anti-slip gris colour (N2 PVA). This floor serves only for the persons passage. When there is a lorrys movement in the inside of the cold room should we put a reinforced floor.
