INDUSTRIAL COLD PANEL
SOLUTIONS ACCORDING TO REQUIREMENTS
ASY TO ASSEMBLE AND DISMANTLE When installing a cold room, it is fundamental to assembly the panels, while maintaining insulation to a maximum, in the quickest and simplest possible manner, thereby saving time and thus money. Conscious of it, the advantages SAVING OF TIME AND, THEREFORE, MONEY of our fastening system with the hook also translate into a quicker and simpler form of assemblying compared to conventional systems, as only a 3/4 turn of the key is sufficient to ensure perfect adjustment. Further, in case there is a need to dismantle the panels, it is as easy to unfasten them as it is to adjust them. A JOINING SYSTEM, REALLY EASY AND QUICK
ANUFACTURING IN DISCONTINUOUS FORM BRINGS IN CONTINUOUS ADVANTAGES
The fact that our Industrial Cold Panels are manufactured in discontinuous form, also brings in a series of important advantages. On the one hand, it allows flexibility in production as our manufacturing system allows us to adapt ourselves a lot more easily to the demands from our clients, both in delivery times as well as in measurements, thicknesses and other specific requirements. Moreover, it allows, instantaneous replacement of any panel in case it suffers any damage during the assembly process. On the other hand, manufacturing in discontinuous form allows us to supply to the customer, a totally finished panel, in order to decrease the cost of assembly. In this way the assembly is much quicker and more economic. Whith the possibility of providing panels with “hook” joining system to make this assembly much easier.
IDE. A PANEL TO MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS The recent expansion of our installations, has provided us with a productive capacity twice as much. Now, as a result of this amplification, KIDE would like to introduce its NEW INDUSTRIAL COLD PANEL. It is a panel which offers a great number of possibilities both in terms of dimensions as well as in thicknesses, guaranteeing maximum power of insulation in all types of industrial cold rooms. On the one hand, the NEW KIDE INDUSTRIAL COLD PANEL can be manufactured to a length of up to 12 metres, thereby reducing to a maximum the number of joints in the walls. But, on the other hand, it can reach up to 200 mm. of thickness, guaranteeing complete insulation irrespective of the size of the cold room.
NION IS STRENGTH AND SO IS THE INSULATION For panel joining, KIDE has developed a double male-female system, wich provides the necesary hardness to the joint in order to build correctly the instalations. Besides, the panel could be provided with the hook joining system, wich provides more hardness to the joint between the two panels, obtaining an optimus watertight. All these allows us to guarantee our cold rooms. The maximum insulating power, that resulting in a save in energy. A SYSTEM THAT ATTRACTS TO WHOM TRYES IT
