elcome to the 30th Anniversary edition of the Look Good Feel Better magazine. Whether you are newly diagnosed, finishing treatment, or caring for someone facing cancer, this edition is full of helpful tips, ideas and inspiring stories for everyone. We are proud to have collaborated with experts in their fields to offer you practical advice on caring for your skin, making a fitness plan that works for you, how to utilize wigs and scarves, the benefits of mindfulness, talking to kids, managing work, and so much more. But most importantly, we sat down with the real experts – women who have faced cancer themselves. They shared their stories to help other women know they are not alone. And they shared their stories for you. We hope you will join us at one of our workshops – either online or in person. Not just for the practical information, but also to connect with other women facing similar challenges. It’s a chance to listen, share, learn and even sometimes laugh. It’s a moment just for you.
