Men's Halls
MRCA Executive Board
Membership on the executive board of the men's residence centers gives excellent experience and training and a chance to participate in a democratic form of government to the men in leadership of the residence centers.
The executive board is the top student governing body of men living in University housing, and a co-ordinating board between three men's residence centers: Rogers, MRC, and Men's Quad. Composed of the presidents, vicepresidents, and secretaries of the dormitory units, this group is the policy forming and advisery body for the men's halls.

MRC Board of Governors
The governors of each unit of the Men's Residence Center and Cottage Grove, assisted by the head counselor of MRC, compose the MRC Board of Governors. The board gives the housing units a chance to compare ideas and solve problems as well as sponsoring unified activities. The board is similar to the Men's Quad Board of Governors, and both groups are under the MRCA Executive Board.
The MRC Board of Governors is the oldest governing group in the men's dormitory system of Indiana University.
The Board stresses that the halls work as a unit instead of individually, and is constantly striving to improve the dorms and create better relationship among the men living in them.
Roy Powell, Glenn McCullough (Pres.), John N. King (V. P.).

373 The policy forming body for the largest single men's dormitory in the world is the Men's Quad Board of Governors. Composed of 18 representatives, the men who guide the units, the group is confronted with a variety of requests, questions, and duties in order to channel the wishes of more than 1000 men.
The board acts as a governing body and advisery board which represents the men, voices their complaints and opinions about rules and regulations to the administration, and sponsors functions in which the entire population of the Men's Quad participates.
In addition to these services, the Board of Governors works as a liaison body between the Housing Administration and the quadrangle residents.
