The industrial revolution brought widespread change across the UK. The decline in the use of the canal system led to the prominent use of trains and roads as the main form of transport for people and goods. Panamax aims to bring exciting new life to the canal, and surrounding areas and can be applied across the UK and Worldwide. This project brings regeneration whilst providing high quality sustainable living.

A Culinary Experience
Rooftop Harvest is a Michelin level experience on the Love Lane Viaduct. Customer could visit the restaurant and leave understanding how every dish was created. The idea that every item was grown above showing customers from sourcing to the plating of the dish.
