I can’t express how proud I am to see you all excel, envision and venture into success at our Area 5 conference. Whether you placed as a semi finalist and qualified to SCDC 2014 I hope you all took something from the conference to better yourself as a student, citizen and leader. I would like to take the time to congratulate all 250 members who will representing Area 5 at SCDC while competing for a spot to compete with the best of the best at ICDC Atlanta 2014. I would also like to announce that we will be taking an Area 5 photo at SCDC 2014 with our Area conference t-shirts, so make sure to bring them or to purchase one if you haven’t! Congratulations to all 250 members that have qualified to SCDC Venture 2014!! Way to go Area 5!!

Miracle $293.98 was raised during Minute our area miracle minute for the RMHC!!!


Spirit Award

Congratulations to Global Connections for winning the spirit award for the second year in a row!! The race was really close with only 5 points ahead of the runner up. The spirit award count for the school year of 2014-2015 will begin once again in March!! Will it be your chapter taking the trophy home at next years ACDC?
