A fabric produced using the pulp of the bamboo plant, which contains bamboo-kun, a natural antimicrobial agent which maintains its properties even after repeated washing. The natural properties of the plant are such that it is the most breathable of all vegetable-based fabrics. Bamboo fibre is hygroscopic, which means that it quickly absorbs humidity, and disperses it equally rapidly to the exterior. It is extremely soft to the touch, giving the sensation of touching a blend of cashmere and silk. Extremely fast-growing (the fastest in the world) and resistant to insects and diseases, the cultivation of this plant is totally eco-sustainable.

This is a fibre made from wood pulp. The cellulose extracted from the wood pulp is processed and transformed into TENCEL fabric. The fabric is extremely soft to the touch and offers excellent breathability. The major property of this fabric, thermo-regulation, stems from the application of an active principle comprising a special "active" molecule which opens to disperse accumulated heat when the temperature rises, and closes to conserve the heat when the temperature falls. The production process, which was perfected after many years of research, assures maximum safeguarding of the environment: the complete assimilation cycle makes it possible to recycle almost 100% of the materials used.

Sistema Air Suspension Struttura a micromolle attive (3000 micromolle nella versione matrimoniale) a movimento indipendente per rispondere in modo puntuale alle pressioni esercitate dal corpo umano con prestazioni ergonomiche ed anatomiche massime. Insacchettate singolarmente le micromolle sono unite tra loro mediante punti di unione termosaldati. lndipendenza e silenziosità di ogni molla, si adattano a tutte le posizioni che il corpo assume nel sonno: le molle infatti agendo in modo indipendente avvolgono la spina dorsale ed aiutano ad equilibrare le pressioni. La struttura del molleggio è di altezza 18 cm, le micromolle con diametro del filo 1.20 in altezza cm 18 vengono disposte in modo alternato con 2 micromolle in altezza 6,5 cm con diametro del filo 1.10; questa particolarità consente al corpo di modellarsi perfettamente in funzione della distribuzione dei pesi ed al tempo stesso di ricevere il corretto sostegno per effetto della spinta di reazione che ciascuna molla per sua natura imprime. Ogni singola molla viene sottoposta ad un processo di trattamento termico di intervallo compreso tra i 260° ed i 300°C che permette di evitare spiacevoli problemi di affossamento del materasso lungo la sua lunga vita.

Air System Suspension Active independent micro-springs (3,000 in the double version) specifically designed to adapt to the pressures exerted by the human body and to provide a perfect ergonomic and orthopaedic response. The micro-springs are wrapped individually in fabric pockets and connected by thermowelded joints. The springs are independent and quieter, and adapt to the pressures exerted by each part of the body during the night. The springs act independently to support the spine and to assist in distributing body pressure correctly. The sprung segment is 18 cm in height. The micro-springs are positioned alternately: the 18 cm micro-springs in 1.2 mm steel wire are alternated with two 6.5 cm micro-springs in 1.1 mm steel wire. This structure allows the body to adapt perfectly to the weight distribution and at the same time to receive the support which each of the springs is designed to provide by its natural reaction force. Each spring is heat-treated to a temperature of between 260°C and 300°C, which prevents the mattress from sagging during its life.

It is important to protect the product against damage during every stage of storage, handling and transport and until final delivery. The sturdy and elegantly-designed cartons in recyclable Havana cardboard contain a polythene bag which protects the mattress against dust. The volumes of the cartons used for each size of mattress are shown opposite.

I modelli con la qualifica di dispositivi medici di classe 1 e la loro marcatura, permettono a chi li acquista di beneficiare della detrazione di imposta per spese sanitarie (art. 15 comma 1, lettera c del tuir). Quindi la spesa sostenuta, potrà essere detratta come spesa sanitaria per un ammontare pari al 19% (per la parte che supera la franchigia di euro 129,11 da applicarsi sull’ammontare complessivo di tutte le spese sanitarie sostenute) nella dichiarazione dei redditi che riguarda il periodo di imposta al quale si riferisce l’acquisto. Va ricordato che deve risultare una patologia comprovata dalla prescrizione medica e attestante la necessità per la quale si è resa necessaria la spesa. Per avere i dispositivi medici, deve esserci sempre un nesso di casualità tra la patologia del contribuente e il prodotto, che deve essere compreso nell’elenco 2 deld.m. n. 332 del 27 agosto 1999, aggiornata con la 2007/47 ce emanato dal ministero della sanità.

Models which qualify as Class 1 Medical Devices, and the relative markings, allow the purchaser to deduct the purchase cost from income taxes as a health expense (article 15, section 1, paragraph c of the Consolidated Income Tax Law). A portion of the cost (19%) may therefore be deducted as a health expense in the purchaser's tax return for the fiscal year in which the purchase is made. However, the first €129.11 of the overall medical expenses may not be deducted. It is underlined that tax deductions may be made only in the case of a medical condition demonstrated by a physician's prescription confirming the necessity of the medical device. In order to deduct the cost of a medical device, it must in all cases be demonstrated that the use of the product is directly related to the medical condition prescribed by the physician. The eligible medical devices are contained in list 2 of [Italian] Ministerial Decree no. 332 dated 27 August, 1999, revised by circular 2007/47 CE issued by the Ministry of Health.

The models illustrated will be sold according to the conventional procedure (price + VAT at current rate); however, the medical model selected must be specified so that it can be labelled and numbered accordingly and a sales invoice including the EC declaration of conformity can be enclosed.

La vendita dei modelli illustrati può usufruire della detrazione fiscale pari al 19% che il vostro cliente può detrarre sulla propria dichiarazione dei redditi. Per usufruire di questa detrazione dovrà necessariamente fornirvi una prescrizione del medico di base o specialista che attesti la necessità di utilizzare tale tipo di prodotto per la patologia presentata dal cliente o da un suo familiare.

The models illustrated are tax-deductible for 19% of their cost, which may be deducted from your customer's tax declaration. Calcolo fuori misura Calculating non-standard sizes A richiesta è possibile eseguire materassi e reti di dimensioni diverse da quelle previste a listino, limitatamente ai modelli che riportano il costo fuori misura al cmq., e salvo limitazioni di carattere tecnico costruttivo specificate per ogni singolo modello.

On request – and only for those models for which the cost of non-standard sizes (in cm2) is shown – we can produce mattresses and bed slats in sizes other than those shown in the price list. These are subject to the technical and structural limits specified for each individual model.

Per le misure non previste a listino il prezzo va calcolato in base alla superficie del materasso espresso in cmq. (area del materasso) moltiplicata per il coefficiente fuori misura al cmq. riportato in listino e arrotondato per eccesso. Qualora la misura in lunghezza sia uguale a quella prevista a listino (cm. 190-195-200) e la misura in larghezza sia compresa tra cm. 80 fino ad un massimo di cm. 180 è valido il prezzo della misura immediatamente superiore. Per il raggiungimento delle misure richieste, alcuni prodotti possono essere eseguiti tagliando e incollando alla misura di base le aggiunte necessarie. Per le dimensioni in larghezza superiore a cm. 180 e in lunghezza superiore a cm. 200, verificare preventivamente la fattibilità con il nostro ufficio vendite. Per misure superiori a cm. 180x200 è comunque consigliabile l’utilizzo di due materassi singoli o, dove possibile, utilizzare la doppia struttura interna con unico rivestimento esterno. Tutte le misure si intendono con una tolleranza di ± 2 cm.

For dimensions other than those indicated in the price list, the price is calculated on the basis of the surface area of the mattress (in cm2) multiplied by the non-standard size coefficient (per cm2) shown in the price list. The result is rounded up. If the length is equal to the length shown in the price list (190 - 195 - 200 cm) and the width is between 80 cm and 180 cm (max.), the price for the next larger size will be applicable. In certain cases, in order to obtain the required size, it may be necessary to cut and glue the required extra section to a basic-size mattress. For dimensions in excess of 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, please check with our sales office for feasibility, especially in the case of mattresses with removable covers. For dimensions exceeding 180x200 cm it is advisable to use two single mattresses or, where possible, a double interior structure enclosed in a single external cover. All measurements are subject to a tolerance of ±2 cm.

Gli ordini sono sempre condizionati dalla clausola "Salvo approvazione della Casa" Gli ordini con consegna richiesta oltre i 60 gg verranno evasi applicando il listino in vigore al momento della spedizione, salvo diversi accordi da confermare per iscritto da parte dell'azienda VENEXIA. Non si accettano annullamenti di ordini di articoli realizzati "su misura".

Orders are in all cases considered "Subject to the approval of the Manufacturer". For all orders specifying delivery beyond 60 days, the pricelist applicable at the moment of shipping shall be applicable, unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing by VENEXIA. Orders for non-standard sizes may not be cancelled.

Products The descriptions of the products and their technical characteristics as contained in this price list are purely indicative and shall not be binding.VENEXIA reserves the right to introduce any modifications without prior notice. The dimensions of the products are shown in centimetres. VENEXIA will manufacture the products as precisely as possible, though in all cases subject to a tolerance of ±2 cm in width, length and height. All dimensions are measured according to the requirements stated in UNI standard EN 1334.

Delivery Delivery of the products ordered will be effected as rapidly as possible on the basis of availability in the warehouse and factors linked to production. Delivery dates specified in the order shall not be construed as binding. Failure to deliver the products, or late delivery in the case of an agreed delivery date, if caused by force majeure, shall not entitle the client, nor any other party, to claim for the payment of damages or any other compensation. Irrespective of the means of transport, the goods travel at the risk of the purchaser. VENEXIA srl does not apply a supplementary shipping cost for minimum orders.

Complaints

I reclami per mancanza, non conformità e vizi palesi della merce devono essere segnalati per iscritto immediatamente al momento della consegna e comunque entro 8 gg dal ricevimento della stessa pena la decadenza di tale diritto.

Complaints relative to missing or non-compliant items or visible defects must be reported in writing immediately at the moment of delivery, and in any case not later than 8 days from receipt of the goods, otherwise the relative rights shall be forfeited.

Garanzia di idoneità del prodotto I difetti occulti sul prodotto sono coperti da garanzia a norma di legge di 24 mesi con esclusione dei difetti dovuti da uso improprio del prodotto (es. rottura delle maniglie, strappi sul tessuto, macchie di qualsivoglia tipo, muffe, etc.) o difetti causati da una evidente carenza delle norme di manutenzione riportate nella specifica documentazione allegata al prodotto. La garanzia a norma di legge decorre dalla data di acquisto che deve essere documentata dallo scontrino, dalla fattura o dalla ricevuta fiscale. La garanzia non sarà ritenuta valida nei seguenti casi: _ deterioramento dovuto alla normale usura e invecchiamento del prodotto - modifica del prodotto o di alcune sue parti _ inosservanza delle norme di manutenzione descritte nella garanzia prodotto _ condizioni igieniche pregiudicate da liquidi di natura organica (D.Lgs. 81/08 a tutela della salute dei lavoratori) _ insoddisfazione, a titolo soggettivo, delle caratteristiche e delle prestazioni del prodotto riscontrabili al momento dell'acquisto (materasso troppo morbido/rigido, materasso che trattiene troppo il calore etc.)

Resi Non si accettano resi di merce, se non espressamente autorizzati per iscritto dall'azienda VENEXIA. La merce autorizzata al reso dovrà pervenire in azienda con idoneo imballo e in porto franco. In caso contrario il reso, anche se autorizzato, non sarà accettato.

Pagamenti Tutti i pagamenti saranno considerati validi se effettuati direttamente alla ditta VENEXIA. Il mancato rispetto dei termini di pagamento comporta il diritto della messa in mora del debitore con addebito degli interessi ai tassi bancari in corso e il recupero di eventuali sconti valuta. Nel caso sia convenuto un pagamento dilazionato, la proprietà della merce si intende riservata alla ditta VENEXIA.

Validità Il presente listino è valido dal 01/01/2016. L'azienda VENEXIA non risponde per eventuali errori di stampa relativi a prezzi, misure, caratteristiche tecniche, etc. indicate nel presente listino.

Foro competente Per qualsiasi azione o controversia si intende fissata in via esclusiva la competenza del Foro di Treviso.

Warranty and suitability of the product Hidden defects in the product are covered by a warranty as laid down by current legislation for a period of 24 months. This warranty shall not include defects caused by improper use of the product (e.g. breakage of the handles, tears in the fabric, stains of any nature, mould and mildew etc.) or any defects deriving from obvious neglect of the maintenance instructions contained in the documentation accompanying the product. As laid down by current legislation, the warranty period shall commence from the date of purchase as shown on the receipt, invoice or bill of sale. The warranty will be inapplicable in the following cases. - deterioration cased by normal wear and tear or ageing, or modification of any part of the product - failure to comply with the instructions for maintenance described in the product warranty - unhygienic conditions and stains caused by organic liquids - subjective dissatisfaction with the characteristics and performance of the product emerging at the moment of purchase (mattress excessively soft/hard, mattress retains excessive heat, etc.).

Returns Return of the goods will not be accepted unless expressly authorized in writing by VENEXIA. Goods for which return is authorized must be delivered carriage paid to the company in appropriate packaging. If this is not the case, the goods will not be accepted even if their return has been authorized.

Payment Payments will be considered valid only if made directly to VENEXIA. In the event of failure to comply with the conditions of payment, legal action will be taken to recover the amount, and late-payment interest will be charged at the current bank rate and any discounts will be charged. If deferred payments are agreed, the goods shall remain the property of VENEXIA until settlement has been effected.

Validity This price list is valid as from 01/01/2016, and annuls and replaces all previous price lists. VENEXIA accepts no liability for printing errors concerning prices, dimensions, technical characteristics etc. that might be present in this price list.

Legal jurisdiction All and any controversies shall be settled exclusively before the Court of Treviso.
