Beer & Cider Raceday MARLU IPA 4.8% ABV

A delicious combination of tangy exotic fruit and deep flavoured antipodean hops. A smooth texture followed by bursting notes of refreshing peach, passion fruit, mango, and pineapple. A hoppy one.

PROGRESS 4.0% ABV

Gold award winner at SIBA South East Beer Awards 2019 – Our flagship bitter, first brewed in 1982. Progress is brewed with the finest British malts to give a rich bitter-sweet ale and is well complimented with American and Slovenian hop additions – the finest best bitter.

SURREY 3.7% ABV

An amber session pale ale, hopped with a delicate combination of British and Continental hops to produce a well-rounded flavoursome beer – an ale for all seasons.

SOMERS 3.9% ABV

A Kolsch style lager bier. Light, crisp and thirst quenching, using delicately flavoured malts and New Zealand hops. An incredibly quaffable drink with light biscuit notes and a floral-lime flavour and aroma – perfect for a summer’s day.

PIONEER APA 4.5% ABV

An American style Pale Ale, using only Washington state grown hops. The high note, grapefruit classic aroma leaves a clean palate with subtle fresh berry after-tones and memories of Summer.

Lingfield Park’s celebration of craft beers. Today we are proud to feature an array of beers from our partners, Marstons as well as craft ales from the Reigate-based Pilgrim Brewery, the oldest craft brewery in the South East.

BOONDOGGLE 4.2% ABV

A blonde and luscious ale - the perfect excuse. Brewed with the finest English Pale Malt, First Gold and Fuggles Hops, for a tell tale fresh crisp taste and delectable twist of citrus.

FORTY NINER 4.9% ABV

Light, fresh floral bouquet. Rounded malt in the mouth with deep bittersweet finish and a balanced level of bitterness. Golden full bodied malted beer.

OLD THUMPER 5.1% ABV

Peppery, spicy aroma with a hint of apples. Luscious balance of grain and hop in the mouth. Bitter sweet finish with delicate fruit notes. Warm, rounded yet surprisingly delicate pale strong beer.

RAZOR BACK 3.8% ABV

Tempting hop aroma with fruit notes. Good malt feel in the mouth, dry, tangy fruit finish. Delicious, easy drinking slightly tart pale bitter.

BRAKSPEAR GRAVITY 3.4% ABV

Amber in colour with a good fruity, grassy hop, malt nose. The initial taste of malt and well hopped bitterness dissolves into a bitter-sweet and fruity finish.

BROAD APPEAL drew a blank last season, but his record when fresh augurs well and this is a lower-grade handicap than those he typically contests. Jonathan Portman’s charge is taken to resume winning ways, perhaps at the chief expense of London, who finished with running left over 1 1/4m here last month and this step back up in trip looks a good move. Scarborough Castle and Miss Sligo both enter calculations, too.

Cases can be made for several but the vote goes to COASE. Michael Wigham’s charge is thriving on racing at present and, with much-touted apprentice Harry Davies taking off a valuable 7lb, he can notch a fourth victory of the year. Arenas del Tiempo, Sarvan, and Lammas are just a handful of alternatives in an ultra-competitive contest. 1-2-3: 1.COASE 2.ARENAS DEL TIEMPO 3.SARVAN KEY colours

ESTRELA STAR is just 1lb above the mark off which he was successful at Newbury last summer and, providing all is well following a five-month absence, he could be the answer to what looks an open handicap.
