QUICK & EASY EGG CASSEROLE 6 slices white bread, coarsely torn 1 lb. sausage, browned 1 cup shredded cheese

6 eggs 2 cups milk 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper

Place bread in bottom of greased 9x13 in. pan. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over bread mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, until mixture is set in center and lightly browned.

PISTACHIO CAKE 1 white cake mix 2 boxes instant pistachio pudding 1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup water 1/2 cup oil 5 eggs (add one at a time) Beat by hand. Grease and lightly flour pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and place on tray.

Cool completely before frosting.

FROSTING: 1/2 pint whipping cream 1 box instant pistachio pudding 1 small container Cool Whip Beat all ingredients together.

FRESH VEGETABLE PIZZA 2 packages crescent rolls 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped broccoli 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup copped carrots 8 ozs. cheddar cheese, grated (2) 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese (softened) 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower 1/2 cup chopped radishes 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup chopped tomato (optional) Press crescent rolls into a jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool and set aside.

Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Hidden Valley Ranch dressing. Spread over rolls and top with the vegetables. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and cut into 12 or 24 squares. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
