Our Fathers Foods Offers Better Nutrition To Enable the Body to More Easily Heal Itself

Art Contest Announced By P-Hill History Center The Pleasant Hill History Center is sponsoring an Art Contest for Newton School students in grades 7-12. Artwork should depict any person, place, or idea arising from Pleasant Hill or Newton Township. It may be historical or present day in nature. Artwork will be judged and prizes will be given for 1st and 2nd place winners.

Our society is constantly bombarded with health issues. I hear about health issues such as diabetes, gluten issues, gut issues, inflammation, etc. and what to do about those. I hear about Congress and their attempt to help with healthcare. We cannot control those. What we can control is our nutrition, eating natural, and staying away from synthetic processed foods. This is what Our Fathers Foods is all about. We are about feeding and nourishing people. This will allow your body to heal itself without outside interference. Our Fathers Foods has a patent on a machine and the process to be able to protect the character and nutrition of grains. Incremental Crushing is the patented process that does not destroy cells in the grain. This allows for the grain to retain all its natural and live nutrition and enzymes which is one ingredient the gut and immune system is missing in today’s diet. Only when the cell is opened does the nutrition leave the cell. As evidence, we have not found the shelf life of our grains with over three years being the longest test. A second piece of evidence is our products were not refrigerated during this test. Where else can you find a product like this? Not only is our product valuable because we keep everything in it, we also do not add anything. With the ability to process grains without destroying cells, we do not have a need to add any preservatives, enrichments, or any synthetic presences. This helps alleviate inflammation in the body which has been associated to most, if not all, health ailments in the body. This also allows your body to operate in an alkaline state much easier than the presence of synthetic additives. Your body will thank you for putting it in a position to be able to cure itself better without self-induced additions that it needs to deal with. Our Fathers Foods was founded by John Bihn of Fort Recovery. His son Chris and grandson Nate are also in the family business. You can contact them using their web page at www.healthygraincrushing.com. This is a truly innovative method to healthy eating that you cannot find any other place. The evidence of that is our two patents. To check these products go to Adams Greenhouse and Produce at 6373 W. U.S. Route 36, Covington.
