Demolition of existing structure was proceeded by an excavator on site. ii. Site was excavated to achieve the Natural Ground Level 12.48 AHD determined by the Land Survey. iii. Plumber will install pipes underneath the footing.

i. Prefabricated Roof Truss delivered to site ii. Truncated Girder Truss installed with spacing at 600 centers maximum iii. Triple Grip connection to top plate, each side. iv. Bracings applied according to S06. v. GT01 300WX100D Box Gutter framed on roof vi. GT02 200Wx100D Box Gutter framed in balcony 02 vii. Truss to withstand Solar Hot Water load

Trenches were dug to prepare for the Raft Footing in accordance to AS2870. EB (W300, D550), SB(W300, D550), PF1(W1000,L1000,D600). 150mm Thick RC Slab with SL92 Mesh throughout on 0.2mm Thick polythene membrane on 55mm Thick packing sand Mesh to be diagonally crossing on corners to carry greater load

Windows to be installed on GF and 1F according to A10. ii. Layers of flashing to be installed in between gaps around the frame. iii. Gasket to be applied after flashing iv. Power Truss installed to stud to carry glass load

LBW to be tilted up and supported by temporary support. Bracing material (ply OR strap) and fixing should refer to S05 and S11 ii. Stud Wall fixed to Steel Column with M10 Bolts. iii. Fireproofing and sarking to be installed on stud walls iv. Prefab Power Truss to be installed later in specified corners by holding down bolts installed prior to concrete pouring.

Prefabricated Steel Balcony Framing delivered and to be connected by bolt OR welding, refer to S13. Balconies to be fitted with GT02 FJ1 to use Posistrut spanning in shortest distance b/w Wall to Wall 90X45 MGP10 FJ2 in Balcony 02 FJ1 and FJ2 spacing 450 Maximum Joists to be battened for ceiling lining

CL03 75mm Thick ‘Thermal Plus’ Wall system rendered in concrete finish CL07 Spotted Gum timber cladding
