The CBL Laser Screed is an automatically driven, four wheel drive and laser controlled surface finisher. Its electro-hydraulic control system ensures extreme evenness and complete compression of the concrete. The CBL Topping Spreader is the appropriate and useful addition. It guarantees complete monolithic incorporation of the dry shake into the surface and reduces the risk of hollow and uneven areas to a minimum, as it is no necessary to walk on the surface. It also ensures even grinding wear values. The Surface is decisive For over 30 years, CBL has used dry shakes with DIN-conform grinding wear values. Additives which prevent evaporation minimize the formation of surface cracks. CBL dry shake is also available in colour which is ideal for integration in an architectural colour concept. Evenness in accordance with DIN 18202 is also guaranteed. Steel with fibres or welded wire mesh? CBL uses both arming processes. More than 25 years experience with steel wire fibres confirm their reliability through greater toughness and better cracking behaviour. A floor made in this way has a greater carrying capacity so that the thickness of the concrete can often be reduced. Surfaces of up to 3000 m2 can be laid without joints, thus eliminating problems and costs due to dummy joints.

Combined application: concrete direct from the mixing lorry, immediate stripping with the laser-screed, direct surface hardening with the topping-spreader; an optimal installation technology for high surface strength and quality.
The stripping beam guarantees complete compression of the concrete in one working cycle. Pores in the structure are reliably minimised. The machine compresses about 22 m3 of concrete in less than 90 seconds per working cycle and strips it at exactly the right height. Here, precision and production output go hand-in-hand!
The topping spreader is the only technique which allows the precise and even distribution of dry shake without the necessity of walking on the surface. The incorporation of up to 5 kg of dry shake per m2 presents no problems.
