A Love Letter to Italy

James Beard-nominated cookbook author, chef, and TV personality Richard Blais—winner of Bravo’s Top Chef All-Stars and current co-star on FOX’s Next Level Chef—has opened La Zozzona at the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort.

This debut restaurant concept, he says, serves as his “love letter to Italy.”

The menu here is inspired by his extensive travels throughout the country, and features house-made pastas influenced by

the trattorias of Rome, wood-fired steaks, and options that are innovative and playful takes on Italian cuisine.

Of course, the cocktail program also spotlights Italian flavors and ingredients, and is offered alongside a wine list highlighting Italy’s renowned wine regions.

Open for dinner daily.

Named after the patron saint of wine vintners, Saint Urban was built around a rotating selection of 30 premium wines by the glass—plus cocktails and Arizona craft beers—paired with a shareable menu of gourmet bar bites, charcuterie boards, sandwiches, and salads.

The intimate locale boasts 77 seats, a granite bar top, soaring chandeliers, dimly lit booths, and a 48-seat outdoor patio.
