Hypothesis 1: Benefits given by hospitality industry impact positively on image of the organization. Hypothesis 2: Benefits given by hospitality Industry impact positively on job satisfaction Employees.

Research Methodology Data Collection Formulated questionnaires were used to collect data on 9 fundamental of HR Benefits provided to Employees and for this a 4 point Likert scale, Ranging from 1 to 4, 1 = Strongly agree, 2 = Agree, 3 = Disagree and 4 = Strongly disagree, considering as independent variables (IV) to measure their impact on Dependant Variable i.e 1 Company Image and 2 - Job Satisfaction. Farrukh Sohail (HRM) PCHB Questionnaire has been divided into 12 sections individually, 10 benefits as Independent Variables (IV) and 2 results as Dependant Variable (DV) comprise of total 61 questions. Total 62 questionnaires were distributed to CSP Staff of hotel and this was our target population. Response Analysis Total questionnaire sent Respondent Response %

Averages of each section have been taken for each questionnaire sent back by each respondent. Averages of identical sections have been taken for all questionnaires before entering data into SPSS -14. This way we got one data set of all independent Variable (IV) based on averages of given benefits that are 9, and one set on company image and one set of data on Job satisfaction. Correlation matrix and simple regression analysis has been conducted through SPSS-14 in order to measure relationship between IV and DV-1 and IV and DV-2. Result: This study has proved that Benefits given by hospitality industry impact positively on the image of the Hotel and on level of job satisfaction of Employees

Cake Cutting Celebration At Corporate Office

for the first time in its history started a long series of cricket with the name of "Marriott Cricket Series" which started on 17th February till 10th march 2015. The aim was to engage maximum associate therefore 14 teams were made. Mr. Jan Verduyn (GM-KMH) along with Mr. Iqbal Mehmood (EAM) played first ball in the opening ceremony. Mr. Andrew Ashmore (Chief Marketing Officer) also participated in the series. Final match was held on 10th March in which Engineering team won the series.

Pearl-Continental Peshawar Highest Revenue Achievement We are pleased to inform you thatPC Peshawar has achieved highest revenue for the month of March 2015 of Rs. 44,108,836/against the budgeted Revenue Rs. 40,008,300/- . Not only we are Rs. 4.1 million over the budget but Rs. 11.7 million over the last year. Furthermore, it is also the highest Revenue achievement after the bomb blast in 2009. It is the same product , same team , same kind of services but under your leadership we have been able to change the mindset , focus and brought positivity in the attitude that “ yes – we are better than any other team” despite the fact that we operate in most challenging environment. This MTD achievement was celebrated with the Dept Heads We are not only achieving the positive figures, we are also conducting series of successful events and promotions. Towards this month end we would be having the Arabic Food Festivals and every month there would be an activity which will be talk of the town
