The Foundation has a functioning governance structure in Pakistan, UK and USA and it aspires to extend the development work across the developing world of strategic importance for the Foundation.

Early childhood development is essential for a child’s performance & life long learning at school as unprepared children tend to fall further behind. Over the past decade the Foundation through its Rawalpindi Office has built an enviable track record in training young women in ECD. Most of the graduating young women have gone on to secure employment with local schools, while some more have established their own pre-school facilities in local areas.

Technical and Vocational Training Early Childhood Development Hospitality Management Training

Technical and Vocational Training Under this umbrella the Foundation focuses on the following three main considerations: • Conducting regular market research for identification of vocational training needs.

• Organizing and conducting vocational training.

• Creating linkages between young job seekers and job markets, nationally and internationally.

Hospitality Management Training (HMTP) HMTP is one of the flagship programmes of HF aimed at imparting knowledge and skills to young women and men and providing them opportunities to learn & practice the skills required for the hospitality industry in Pakistan and abroad. HMTP was initiated in 1999 by introducing practical training in Marriott and Pearl Continental Hotels across Pakistan
