Canal Walks Adam Elson
The Shropshire Union canal is a place often used by people as a means of activity from the quick speedy joggers to the slow-paced family outing. It has served as a spot for me and my father as a means of going out of the house for walks as we choose various directions of the canal in order to walk to and from during the daytime. It has certainly been beneficial to live near such a spot especially now when simply going out has become much more restrictive due to the ongoing threat of COVID-19. Despite the recent developments, we still use the canal as a means of getting a breath of fresh air and staying active although we do take procautions before and during the walks. The enviroment itself is still a popular source of activity among the residents and you can see plenty of people still use the canal for walks and runs. With these collection of photos I aim to showcase pieces of the enviroment as well as documenting the activites that can be seen during the typical day out including the walks with my dad and animals that we encountered. I also hope to document the archetctual side of the area by documenting the various art pieces and canal bridges that can be seen during a walk out
