Black bags
Black bags, shrouds, define the end of the story Hide the phenomena of life, cloud the glory Blocking the sun, masking the treasure Of lives lived, of sinful pleasure.
Black bags, road blocks to the highways
The cessation of feelings, silence and stone
Just bones and body on the path to the skyways The blankets of death, the body in a bag, alone.
Black bags, stifle the laughter Of joyous events, mischief and pride Experiences, places, friends ever after Black bags just mean someone has died.
Black bags, neutralise rainbows, turn gold to grey Eyes, blank, the screen turned off, no chance to reboot The soul, transparent water flowing away The candle extinguished, nothing to say, now mute.
Black bags, curtains to the vivacity of being Celebrations, high spirits, personalities glisten Voyages, mountains, rivers, the beauty of seeing Birds, music, peace, the opportunity to listen.
Black bags, I am here, beneath the dark I am human, I have lived, I do not cease to exist I am more than my bones, I have made my mark I have loved, I have laughed I have been kissed.
Black bags, you cannot erase my history
My accomplishments shine bright Enshrined in rainbows my persona an eternal mystery
I am not a black bag, I am me I am not just darkness, please acknowledge my light.
In the 1950s, scientists used the phrase “in the ballpark” while testing missiles. They saw the size of a ballpark (100m2) as sufficient landing range to be more or less close enough to a target.

IN GENERAL, GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP IS BETTER THAN GETTING TOO LITTLE OR TOO MUCH. MOST ADULTS NEED 7-9 HOURS OF SLEEP PER NIGHT TO FUNCTION AT THEIR BEST, WHILE TEENAGERS AND CHILDREN REQUIRE MORE. HOWEVER, INDIVIDUAL SLEEP NEEDS CAN VARY BASED ON FACTORS SUCH AS AGE, GENETICS, LIFESTYLE, AND HEALTH.
GETTING TOO LITTLE SLEEP CAN LEAD TO A RANGE OF NEGATIVE EFFECTS, INCLUDING FATIGUE, DECREASED PRODUCTIVITY, AND INCREASED RISK OF ACCIDENTS, AS WELL AS LONG-TERM HEALTH PROBLEMS LIKE OBESITY, DIABETES, AND HEART DISEASE.
ON THE OTHER HAND, GETTING TOO MUCH SLEEP CAN ALSO BE ASSOCIATED WITH NEGATIVE HEALTH OUTCOMES, SUCH AS INCREASED RISK OF DEPRESSION, COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT, AND MORTALITY.
THEREFORE, IT IS IMPORTANT TO FIND A BALANCE AND AIM FOR THE RECOMMENDED AMOUNT OF SLEEP THAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU. IF YOU ARE CONSISTENTLY HAVING TROUBLE GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP OR ARE EXPERIENCING EXCESSIVE SLEEPINESS DURING THE DAY, IT MAY BE WORTH DISCUSSING WITH A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER.
