BTEC Level 3 Art List of items to complete, during the Easter break.

Promoting products unit ●

Produce a final outcome in the form of a billboard (min size A3)

Produce a presentation of the unit as a whole to present in front of a panel, stating how you started, what you did next, how you created the final outcome.

●

All prep work must be completed, annotated whether it is in your sketchbooks as well as prep loose sheets. You must make sure you include research into Billboard design, look at ‘The Pop Art’ movement for ideas.

An evaluation of the unit as a whole (hand out included)

DEADLINE: Thursday 28th April 11 Presentation of Billboard: Monday 9th May 11 Submission of all your grades to the exam board is Monday 2nd May 11

Write up the evaluation include within it: Explanation of how the unit started, where you went with it and how you came to a conclusion of the composition – snake on the mountainous background.

Why did you choose those colours, if you made any changes to it from the initial idea.
