“Harmonious and Symbolic Expressions” By YaRo

ased in Sydney, Australia, Wendy Cohen is an abstract expressionist artist whose mixed-media collections exhibit analogous and complementary colors to create energy and geometric contrast with a sense of harmony and balance. In her colorfully diverse work, Cohen is a curious painter who takes the viewer in the direction she wants us to go through sweeping brushstrokes that at times can appear to spring out of the canvas and into life. yellow, orange, and red. Her geometric shapes create a continued joyful narrative behind this balanced and symbolic expression.
