ASBURY WOODS 2020

CAMP @ HOME PROGRAM GUIDE

Hello, from Asbury Woods! We hope that this finds you healthy, safe, and ready for some summer fun! The decision to move to a Camp @ Home program for the summer was difficult and not hastily made. The health and safety of our campers and staff is our first priority and the risk is too high. Camp programming at Asbury Woods is in alignment with the Annual Conference Camp at Spring Heights, as well as the other district camps. We thank you for being understanding during this unprecedented time. With that being said, we are so excited to announce our Camp @ Home program! Each camper will receive a box before the start of their chosen camp with materials, snacks, and other fun things. Experiences will be a mixture of do-ityourself and online activities, which will vary by camp. Campers may participate as much or as little as they want (Zoom burnout is real and we understand!).

Since materials will need to be mailed to each camper, pre-registration is required (check out the camp dates / registration dates below). We understand that families may be financially strained at this time and we do not want any child to miss out on the camp experience. Because of this, registration fees are by donation. Pay only what you can comfortably afford. Amount donated will have no impact on the camper's experience and will remain confidential.

To register, search for Asbury Woods on eventbrite.com or visit our facebook or website for direct links www.facebook.com/AsburyWoodsWV www.AsburyWoodsWV.org
