MIDWEEK FLOODLIT UNDER 18 UPDATE From when the squad was decided in summer the lads have been working really hard, harder than we expected, showing us the quality they have. They've already formed some really good partnerships, and are still working each other out, which is to be expected only playing a few games! So far we've had two league games, the first being a home win against a strong Allexton & New Parks side which was a test but our lads came out on top deservedly. The second was against Coalville Town, which we lost. We don’t want to dwell on how many goals we have conceded, we want to concentrate on where we are at. We have many games to go and we want to win as many games as we can. Do we want to improve in terms of how we play football? Of course we want to improve. This will be down to the effort that is put on the training ground at the end of the day. That is part of the process but now let’s be very positive about the games that are in front of us with the next being an away fixture against Gresley Rovers Conrad Corrolan Manager of Midweek Floodlit Under 18 Team
