We are experiencing a beautiful Spring in the Southern Hemisphere with a wonderful display of spring foliage. Our gardens are looking wonderful and the birds are enjoying all the food that is around. Summer isn’t too far away when we will see a lot of changes throughout the country. In the north we’ll have very hot and humid weather and it will be time to head to the beaches (and check the air con). In the south it will be quite warm, and at times hot, but they don’t have the humidity of the sub-tropics.
