School Newsletter Issue 4
2012
Nativity Christmas has arrived in school and the children are busy preparing for this year’s nativity play. We have decided to have a more traditional nativity where P5/6/7 will retell the story. This has been written by the children themselves. P3/4 are this year’s choir and our P1/2 class will be acting the story as it is told. We look forward to seeing many of you in the church on Wednesday 19 December at 2pm.
A huge thank you to all who supported the Parent Council in their efforts on Saturday 1 December. The event was well attended and raised the sum of £755.00. Special thanks go to Debbie Coppinger, Tara Moffat, Tracey Morgan and Evelyn Swanston for their efforts in organising the event and also a hugely successful raffle. Well Done!!

We have been asked this year to help with official switch on of the Christmas Lights in Waverley Station on Wednesday 12 January. Primary 1/2 will be representing the school and I believe may have a visit from Santa Claus himself. Further details of this have been sent out to parents and carers in this class.
Thank you
