PRODUCT & SUPPLY CHAIN IMPROVEMENT (PSCI)

Under IAQG Products and Publications, PSCI manages the Supply Chain Management Handbook (SCMH), which is where the guidance materials supporting the standards published by the IAQG exist. If the requirements and the standards refer to the what, PSCI with the guidance materials in the SCMH reference the how. In 2022, much was accomplished to support our expanding library of tools and materials. Over the last 12 months, the team has been intentional in helping users understand what was available and where to find it. As a result, we saw an increase in appetite for guidance and an escalation in usage from a variety of audiences, including those outside the quality profession.
