IAQG PERFORMANCE TEAM
The IAQG Performance Team is a support function that aims to deliver qualitative and quantitative information regarding insights and usage of the IAQG products and materials. These activities include yearly surveys and data analysis. Over the last 12 months, the Performance Team expanded to have good representation across the three sectors. We delivered a qualitative yearly survey that garnered informative conclusions and directives. All quantitative databased analytics were studied and showed the necessity to identify key data metrics for ongoing monitoring and evaluation. The preparation of exploring the OASIS v3 data gold mine is primed and awaits the new version release. Overall, the progress achieved in 2022 provided a solid foundation for attaining the best quality deliverables according to our defined vision.

Finanace Committee
As respected stewards of IAQG financial resources, the Finance Committee provides third-party reviewed, transparent, and accountable financial management, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our organization’s mission. In FY2022, the IAQG saw standard sales exceed expectations due to new certifications, certification transfers, and new site adds. These developments, and our continued practice of staying vigilant on expenses, allowed for the absorption of sizeable expenses due to digital development, global inflation, and a return of meeting and travel costs. By managing our finances with integrity, innovation, and agility, we support the growth and impact of our organization.
The IAQG maintains not-for-profit status recognized in both the United States (501 (c) 6) and Belgium (AISBL) and ensures compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements in each jurisdiction.

Support Services Report
As is the case with all associations, critical actions to effectively and successfully progress in our mission requires the back-office activities of our support services. The communications, membership, finance, operations, digital, legal, contracts, and organization committees, under the leadership of the Executive Committee, maintain the business side of the IAQG and its three sectors.
A special thanks goes out to our IAQG contractors and key vendors who directly support this committee work.
