LILA: Meet sweet senior, Lila! At 11 years old, this girl is still energetic, loves her walkies (she's an active participant in our Mutt's Morning Out Program), and is pretty much everything you've been looking for in a dog. She is friendly with both people and dogs, has lived with children, housetrained, and knows basic commands like sit and shake. What more could you ask for in a pup?! Lila's adoption fee is $150 and includes her spay, microchip and vaccinations.

BROOKLYN: No sleep until we find Brooklyn a home! This 3-year-old tabby girl has been in VHS's care since May. Currently residing at Rivery Kitty Cat Cafe, Brooklyn is a staff favorite there. Once an outside community cat, she has assimilated nicely to the full-time indoor life. She loves nothing more than sunning herself in the window at River Kitty and has been known to sneak into your lap for a snuggle. Brooklyn's adoption fee is $70 and includes her spay, microchip and vaccinations.
PENELOPE: We like big buns and we cannot lie! Meet Penelope, a 4-year-old American/ Rex rabbit. She is probably one of the largest rabbits you will ever meet! Because of her size, she isn't the most comfortable while being held (but doesn't mind sitting in your lap.) She's a little on the shy side and would probably do best in a home with an experienced rabbit owner. Penelope definitely has a playful side, though; she just needs someone who will give her time to build confidence! Her adoption fee is $50 and includes her spay and microchip.
