LOVE is The High Road Put It into Practice

1 Korinte 13:4-7 (Isizulu) 4.Uthandoluyabekezela, uthandolumnene, uthandoalunamhawu, uthando aluzigabisi futhi aluzikhukhumezi. 5.Uthando aluzihtaphi ngokungafanele, aluzifuneli okwalo, alucunuki, alunahqubu. 6.Uthando aluthokozi ngokungalungile, kepha luthokozela iqiniso. 7.Uthandolubekezelaizintozonke, lukholwayizintozonke, luthemba izintozonke. Lukhuthazelela izinto zonke.
any people refer to First Corinthians 13 as "the love chapter." Too often, we want to skip over reading that part of the Bible. I admit I have felt that way at times, but the Lord continues to lead me to read it. I suggest that when you perform a marriage ceremony read this portion of chapter 13 to the bride and groom. It is so important that we learn to practice love in our lives on a daily basis.If we would practice this passage daily, we could live peaceful, productive lives. The problem is that, our flesh often gets in the way. Instead of ignoring injustices that are done to us, we want to get even; instead of walking in love, we want to repay evil for evil. Learn to Talk It Out Life is too short to live in constant disorder, confusion in your home. This holds true regarding your relationships with friends as well. When strife arises in our relationships, we can deal wisely with it and keep First Corinthians 13:4-7 as our foundation. We can learn something about this from the Apostle Paul. The church at Corinth was suffering from such strife within it that he had to remind the members, "Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace;
and the God of love and peace shall be with you" (2 Cor. 13:11). NgesiZulu, ( 2Korinte 13:11)“Elokugcina, bazalwane, thokozani, nipheleliswe, niduduzwe, nibenhliziyonye, nibenokuthula; khona uNkulunkulu wothando nokuthula uyakubanani. I believe we should adopt as our family motto, "Be of one mind. Live in peace." In order to live out that instruction from Paul, we must learn to communicate effectively with others, beginning with our spouses and children. Communication is often the most difficult skill to master, because we can experience so many different emotions when we are sharing our thoughts and feelings. Paul talked about this in Ephesians 4:26-27: "Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your anger: neither give place to the devil."Ku Efesu 4:26-27 “Thukuthelaniningoni; ilangamalingashoninisathukuthele, NingamnikiuSathaneindawo”. "Be angry and sin not" sounds like a conflicting statement, but it isn't. The Lord knows that anger is one of the emotions we experience in life, yet He tells us, "Although you may be feeling angry, do not sin." What exactly does that mean? You may experience angry
feelings, but don't use those feelings to get even. In the midst of anger, you might say words that you may not really mean, but those cutting words will forever ring in the ears of the receiver. Take the High Road When we choose the high road, love, it causes peace to reign in our relationships and in our lives. It's important to express your love and appreciation for your family and friends on a continual basis. My husband and I make it a point to say "I love you" to each other many times a day, and I often say that to my children, my brothers and sisters and to my friends and well-wishers. We all need to be reassured of the love others have for us, and we need to reassure others of our love for them. You may not have heard anyone say to you, "I love you," very often in your childhood, and you may find it awkward to say those words yourself. But I encourage you that if you'll start saying, "I love you," to people you care about, each time you repeat those words, they will become easier to say and more natural to you. You can begin right now by determining that every day, not just on special occasions - you will walk in love and express words of love to your family and friends. LOVE YOU ALL.

Title Deeds Are More Than Owning Property “Title Deeds cannot be photocopied. Title Deeds are important as they allow beneficiaries to access finance from financial institutions” MEC Siwela The Human Settlements MEC, Hon. Violet Siwela together with the Executive Mayors of Gert Sibande District and Mkhondo Municipalities, Clrs Mishack Nhlabathi and Bhekabantu Mtshali respectively, handed over 600 title deeds in Amsterdam, Mkhondo Local Municipality a week ago. In her opening remarks she remembered the Youth of 1976 as well as those that fought for this democracy and said: “Even as we are converged here to issue Title Deeds, it was not too be possible without the efforts of those before us and lost lives in the struggle.” She had taken time in the morning to visit some households around the township of Amsetrdam to give them title deeds. This was a delivery which gave them full ownership to property. Such a delivery according to MEC Siwela is in line with the convictions of the Freedom Charter which committed that everyone has a right to housing, comfort and security. “From today - that dream to the families we visited this morning and hundreds gathered here today has been fulfilled. As you may be all aware, the department goes beyond just delivering houses, but ensuring that people live in an integrated and sustainable manner. All people shall have the right to live where they choose and to live in decent houses, to bring up their families in comfort and security.” “All people shall have the right to live where they choose and to live in decent houses, to bring up their families in comfort and security. We are gathered here in the spirit of Service Delivery to all of you, the beautiful people of Mpumalanga — The Place of the Rising Sun.” She said. The Department has committed to deliver ten thousand Title Deeds during this financial year. It's campaign started in Msukaligwa in April, moved to Steve Tshwete, eMalahleni and Umjindi Local Municipalities. Having come to Mkhondo beneficiaries are received over 600 title deeds as part of this government's delivery machinery. “This delivery is certainly not the last for these two and other municipalities. As houses are
being delivered and registered in the deeds office - communication will be intensified with municipalities to engage them in bringing yet another delivery in the coming years.” Said MEC Siwela. She elaborated that a Title Deed is proof that the beneficiaries have a guaranteed permanent right to occupy their house but emphasized that the Title Deeds cannot be photocopied. “Once you temper or photocopy the Title Deed - they become null and void. You must keep them safe and store them properly. Our celebration today is the realization of government's efforts of restoring dignity and giving full home ownership to these beneficiaries has finally come to an end.” “Hundred of beneficiaries of low cost houses are now rightful owners of their houses built few years ago in this region. Our gathering here marks a great achievement in the history of the municipality and its communities.” “It is not only a commendable feat for the municipalities, but a substantial improvement to the over 600 beneficiaries of governments' low income houses. From today, all the beneficiaries seated here will have their dignity restored and livelihoods improved.” She said. The issuing of title deeds forms part of government's bigger plan to improve the ordinary citizen. A Title Deed is not just an ordinary piece of paper, but legal document that ought to be valued by every beneficiary - for it is important.
right to decent housing, clean water, health and education. On shelter — as one of the basic human rights - that can only be realized through the acquisition of a title deed. Houses should at all times be viewed as economic assets as ownership encourages investments through renovations and expansions. This in turn triggers business opportunities in the household and the area. Ownership further allows beneficiaries to use their houses to leverage their economic circumstances by making additional income. Title Deeds are important as they allow beneficiaries to access finance from financial institutions for renovations and funding for business opportunities.

Acquiring a title deed enables a beneficiary to have the house as an asset, offer sense of pride and belonging. From the municipal perspective, property ownership compels the owners to pay municipal rates and services received, thereby contributing to its ongoing financial viability and economic sustainability. Beneficiaries will now be able to use their title deeds to improve their dwellings, to acquire household's goods and make use of capital borrowing against their properties and to start small businesses. In essence, their households can also be used as an asset to build wealth.
According to MEC Siwela, the ruling ANC is very clear that there must be great focus on human settlements as another priority for government. The focus on this important portfolio is to rid the country of informal settlements and squalor. Given this marching order by the ruling party, what is then required of her department is to improve its planning and deliver on this requirement.
The Department's mandate is to create integrated human settlements and improve households' life.
IMPORTANCE OF TITLE DEEDS According to the country's Constitution - every person has a
Beneficiaries will use the title deeds as a legal document that reflects the ownership of their properties.

hy is it that we always worry about what people say instead of trying to do what God says. Our God is a faithful, loving and he cares so much for us yet we do not realise it. As I work alot with people I noticed alot of people are insecure with themselves, with the way they look because they want to be approved by people. People who are not happy with themselves are always trying to make other people uncomfortable, they want to find mistakes on other people forgetting that it will not change them.

A Guide For Start-up Businesses(PART 5) What's your investment for? o you want to save so that you have some protection in a crisis or do you want to save for a child's education or for retirement? All of these mean saving over different periods of time and could mean different types of investments. If you have a crisis (for example, a car accident, a car accident, your geyser bursts or a medical crisis) then you'll have to able to get your money quickly to cover immediate costs while you wait for insurers -- and even then there may be a shortfall. Only a limited range of investments are suitable for emergency funds. At the other extreme, saving in a retirement annuity has tax benefits for many of us but ties your money up until you are at least 55.
D
But saving for your 8-yearold child's university education, you know that you have about 10 years before you need the money so you can tie up your money for longer. An investment dominated by shares listed on the JSE would suit the time frame very well. Saving for a really great holiday or for a deposit for a home -- all are appropriate goals for JSE investments. Money you absolutely have to have in two years' time? You might want to consider other options. Most people, I think, are eager to get to stock market investing so we will detour round the short-term and medium-term investments and find a way to get back to them a little later. Investing in shares is for the long term. It is wise to say to yourself before you invest in the
JSE: “I can afford to leave this money to grow for about five years. At least.” Why so long? Because the more time you allow the investment to grow, the less risk there is that you will lose money. One of my favourite commentators on investing is Danie Wessels. (He is a partner with financial advice company Martin Eksteen Jordaan Wessels in Cape Town). Mr Wessels says stock market returns do not build up steadily. Returns are mainly the result of short bursts of large gains and losses in share prices. He found this out by studying every trading day on the JSE between July 1995 and March 2009. Mr Wessels found that the 20 worst trading days (the days with the biggest fall in share prices) and the 20 best trading days took place at more or less at the same time. A

large loss, he says, was typically followed by an equally large gain. So based on the performance of the JSE in the past 20 years, large falls in value are not to be feared because they are quickly followed by recovery. But after a fall it takes longer to get back to where you LIKE US

FOUR FRIENDS Four friends spend weeks planning the perfect desert camping and riding trip. Two days before the group is to leave Rob's wife puts her foot down and tells him he isn't going. Rob's friends are very upset that he can't go, but what can they do. Two days later the three get to the camping site only to find Rob sitting there with a tent set up, firewood gathered, and supper cooking on the fire. "Dang man, how long you been here and how did you talk your wife into letting you go?" "Well, I've been here since yesterday. Yesterday evening I was sitting in my chair and my wife came up behind me and put her hands over my eyes and said 'guess who'?"
