Spring has arrived and the Real Estate market is heating up again. According to the Oakville board statistics, the average sale price for all residential properties in Oakville year-to-date was $1,692,736. The average sale price in Oakville for single-family detached homes for the month of March was $2,189,833, down from the high of March 2022 of $2,438,344. However, overall inventory remains low and demand remains high, so we are anticipating a busy spring market with the arrival of warm weather luring buyers back into the market.
