Stamp on a transparency. Apply acrylic paint on the backside.

Die-cut transparency into a shape.

Color transparencies with alcohol markers. Die-cut into letters and layer.

Add confetti between two layers of transparencies.

Color with alcohol markers. Layer transparency circles.

Stamp background. Stamp a coordinating image on a transparency and overlay.

Use alcohol markers to color transparency sheets. To avoid seeing glue spots and dots, use an adhesive sheet as it will virtually disappear when used on a transparency.

Stamp birthday. 3 Outline remaining panel with foam tape; fill with sequins. Adhere stamped panel to sandwich sequins between two panels. Twist letters in a sentiment for a whimsical look that matches the stenciled polka dot background.

To make sentiment banner, adhere letters to scrap paper using repositionable adhesive. Stitch together and then remove scrap paper from banner.

Note: The Banners and Arrows die set from Lifestyle Crafts has been discontinued. The Banner It set from We R Memory Keepers is a great alternative.
