Please consider this invitation for your organization to participate in the kick-off of the American Heroes Air Show in Missouri. Against the backdrop of a community service theme our admission-free event is designed to profile helicopters’ dynamic role in law enforcement, fire safety, national defense, homeland security and emergency response with static displays and flight demonstrations by aircraft from local, state, private, and military / Federal organizations. Additionally, over the years we've had the privilege to introduce the community to many local Search and Rescue teams. So, whether your group arrives in a vehicle by American Eurocopter or Ford, we look forward to receiving your reservation or responding to your questions. This admission-free, helicopter-only 1 day aviation event is held at Spirit of St. Louis Airport - West of Metro St. Louis on Saturday, October 9th 2010 www.SpiritAirport.com
Spirit of St. Louis Airport has been the Business Aviation Center of the Midwest for more than 40 years. Much more than just a place to land, it is a benefit-packed resource for pilots, passengers, and businesses that use and serve general aviation. Spirit provides the environment and physical assets necessary to meet and maintain world-class aviation support services, specifically designed to meet pilots’ needs. The “down home” Midwest hospitality, along with the first class professional facilities and personnel, sets Spirit apart from services normally associated with a busy complex aviation facility. Five full-service Phillips Aviation Performance Centers (APCs) and over 150 businesses located at the airport can address your every need. A 7500 foot all weather runway, 5000 foot parallel runway, precision approaches, FAA Control Tower, and 24-hour Customs Services makes Spirit the “right choice” to host the American Heroes Air Show in St. Louis.
