I hope you are all well and enjoying the sunshine!

Since our last update, we've introduced a new arcade to utilise an unused space and offer a bit of entertainment and leisure.

Furthermore, the "GM & Owners cafe" is now operational, as you might have seen on Third Place Social. This event occurs every two weeks on Saturdays from 10am to 12pm. It provides a chance to book a 15-minute slot (which can be extended if available) for a chat about anything you'd like. Some owners have already taken advantage of this opportunity, and I assure you, I’m still alive and well.

We greatly appreciate the extraordinary efforts of our team in maintaining the park's beauty, especially the greenskeepers who have done a remarkable job with limited resources this season.

While a few events were removed, I'm pleased to announce that the custard pie fight will still happen on August Bank Holiday Sunday, the 27th. I hope to see as many of you there as possible, although I might be discreetly hiding amidst the chaos.

Rachael Blabey

New Starters Assistant Park Services Manager

Rachael has joined us from Tattershall Lakes and has been with the company for circa 4 years, bringing bags of enthusiasm. Rachael is also our resident Gas engineer which helps us tremendously here to be able to provide a prompt service to you all.

Brian Faulkner Holiday Home Ownership Manager

Brian has also joined us from Tattershall Lakes, having been there as an ownership advisor then assistant ownership manager for seven years. Brian comes with a wealth of experience and has taken an interesting route to get to where he is, as he was once a Red Coat (which I am sure he will be happy to tell you on more than one occasion…)

Owners Information:

For any ownership, aftersales or warranty plus queries, please go directly to the Holiday Home Sales office.

If you have a sublet query, please go to Guest Services and ask for Marc.

If you have an owner's account query about pitch fees, gas or electric bills, please contact the Admin Manager.

Subletting:

When subletting, no personal belongings other than those stated in the sublet pack should be left in your unit when you leave. We cannot be held liable for personal belongings that go missing from your unit that shouldn't be left there initially.

If you are unsure or have any questions, please go to Guest Services and ask for Marc who will be happy to talk through.

Coronation Competition:

Congratulations to everybody who took part in our ‘Best dressed Holiday Home’ competition for the Coronation. Here’s a snap of our winners!

Electric Scooters:

In the UK, most electric scooters are not yet permitted for use on public roads. The scooters that are allowed on public roads can only be driven if you have a (moped) driving licence. A minimum age of 16 applies

The use of an electric scooter by children is only allowed on private property . Driving on public roads is prohibited.

Hot Tubs:

Bin Bays:

We kindly ask you not to dispose of larger items from your holiday homes in the household waste/recycling bins.

Lately, we've noticed items like guttering, microwaves, and other bulky objects finding their way in there. It’s the responsibility of owners to arrange the removal of such items themselves.

However, If you have any items that need to be taken away and you're unable to do it yourself, just give us a heads up. We'll be more than happy to come and assess the situation, providing you with a reasonable price for their removal.

Newsletters:

We wanted to give you a heads up that we're making a change regarding our newsletters.

Instead of sending them out quarterly, we'll be keeping in touch through Third Place Social.

This way, we can keep you in the loop more efficiently and frequently, ensuring you always have the latest and greatest information.

We're excited about this update and looking forward to connect with you on a more regular basis!

As the owner of the hot tub, it's your responsibility to ensure its cleaning and maintenance. You will have been contacted via phone or email and sent the required letter for signing and returning to us. If you sublet your holiday home through us, we will maintain the hot tub during the rental period, with charges itemized on your statement.

During extended periods when you request your holiday home back, it becomes your responsibility to maintain the hot tub. We will notify you if this is the case. For non-sublet owners, we offer a "drop and clean" service at a one-time price of £65. Please contact the sales office to avail of this option.

To address the risk of Legionnaires' disease, we undergo monthly audits. The Environmental Health Officer (EHO) can randomly test any hot tub on the premises, whether owned by us or the owners, and immediate remedial action will be taken if necessary.

If you have any questions, let us know. Our priority is ensuring everyone's enjoyment and safety while using the hot tubs on the park.
