WOW, where has this year gone? It's exciting and scary to believe we are about to head into the school summer holidays, this year has certainly flown by! It has certainly felt more like summer over the last couple of weeks with the sunshine, we are lucky to be in Cornwall on those sunny days.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your patience over the last couple of weeks with the various closures of the facilities. Unfortunately, this year we have struggled with recruitment which has provided us with some challenges operationally. However, the team has been working hard to limit the effects this has on our owners, and actively recruiting to provide the services you rightfully deserve.
It has been great to see many of our owners enjoying the new owner's exclusive events we have introduced at Newquay Bay for the 2023 season. A copy of the upcoming events can be found in this newsletter, and we hope to see even more of you at the upcoming events.
We also have our upcoming Away Resorts exclusive event – the custard pie fight on the 27th of August. More details will be released nearer the time on timings and location. I hope you and your family have a fantastic summer holiday, and I look forward to seeing more of you over the coming weeks.
We wanted to give you a heads up that we're making a change regarding our newsletters. Instead of sending them out quarterly, we'll be staying connected through Third Place Social. This way, we can keep you in the loop more efficiently and frequently, ensuring you always have the latest and greatest information. We're excited about this update and can't wait to connect with you on a more regular basis!

Please join us in welcoming our new Sports and Leisure Manager Josh – if you haven’t already met him, he's a bundle of energy and has slotted in well with the team at Newquay Bay. Josh joins us from our sister resort – Retallack Resort and Spa. He has lots of new and exciting ideas which he will start to implement in the coming weeks and months. be sure to say hello to Josh when visiting the indoor or outdoor swimming pools’
