Hello! Well, I can't believe how quickly summer has come around to us, and how quickly the forest changed around us
I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting some of you at Owner Forums, and having some time to spend on one-to-one issues at the meetings has meant that we can help get accurate information and answer queries appropriately. I hope you have all also had the opportunity to attend some of our Owner Exclusive Events, both I and the team put a lot of work to ensure that we had a great variety of events and spread around to ensure that there were plenty of opportunities to meet each other.
Please ensure you get your bookings in for these with the team at the Sales Office, so they can ensure you have a space on them, as otherwise we will not be able to enable you to attend
We wanted to give you a heads up that we're making a change regarding our newsletters. Instead of sending them out quarterly, we'll be staying connected through Third Place Social. This way, we can keep you in the loop more efficiently and frequently, ensuring you always have the latest and greatest information. We're excited about this update and can't wait to connect with you on a more regular basis!

Giorgio has joined our kitchen brigade in Aubrey’s and has fitted in as a very capable and knowledgeable member of the team. You may have met him on the wine tasting event – Giorgio has great knowledge on wines and food pairings and is very passionate!

Lauren has been at Sandy Balls for 6 years, and in that time, she has proved herself to be one of the great performers in the restaurant. She has recently been promoted to Team Leader and she is excelling in her new role and looking forward to meeting you all.

Jonathan has recently stepped up to lead out Hot Tub Team under our Guest Services Manager, Katy. Jonathan has been with Sandy Balls for a number of years and I’m sure those of you with hot tubs will have met him with his fantastic knowledge over the years.

Mike is a deep cleaner in out amazing Accommodation Team and the pride that he and his team show and put into their work ready for holidaymakers shows in the posts he shares with the wider team on a turnaround. I’m sure for those of you on the sublet scheme, you Holiday Home will have received the attention of Mike at some point – he truly is one of our Holiday Heroes!
